The duplex home is elevated on stilts, so the first level is dedicated to outdoor amenities. Enjoy outdoor dining and entertaining with a gas grill and a stylish seating area.

The property features 26 feet of deepwater docking, complete with a fish cleaning table for preparing your fresh catch and a jet ski dock that can accommodate 2 jet skis. Enjoy ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation.

The fully fenced yard is perfect for your pets to enjoy paradise alongside you. Make the most of the 3 bikes provided to cycle to the beach, or embark on a water adventure with the 2 adult-sized kayaks and 2 paddleboards available for your use. For your safety, please bring your own personal flotation devices. In the evenings, relax and fish in the canal while taking in the breathtaking sunsets.

The yard can accommodate parking for 3 to 4 vehicles and a boat trailer.

2nd Level of the Duplex Home:

The interior of this home features charming coastal decor and ample space for families. The second level, the main living area, includes a spacious living room, a large kitchen ideal for preparing meals, and a dining area where you can enjoy your meals indoors or on the deck. On this level, you'll find bedroom 2 with a king-size bed, a flat screen TV and with access to a full bathroom near the kitchen, and a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

3rd Level of the Duplex Home:

On the third level, you'll find 2 full bathrooms and 3 additional bedrooms, each equipped with a TV. The bedrooms include a King-size room (master suite), a Queen-size room, and a bedroom with a bunk bed featuring a full xize bottom bunk and a Twin-size top bunk.

Fun family getaway

We chose this location for our summer getaway & it was great! Was plenty of room for 4 adults, 4 kids & a Golden Retriever. The kids loved fishing off of the dock, swimming, kayaking & paddle boarding right from the house.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at the rental. The house was spotless with comfy furnishings. The pool is larger than many rental house pools in the Keys. Our boat was easy to dock, too. The communication with CoCo Plum Vacation Rentals is almost instantaneous!

The property was clean and in a great location close to PUBLIX AND WINDIXIE (love panetilitas borrachas) . CocoPlum was always responding all my texts messages promptly .My family and I go to Marathon every summer and we love it!

Great Place!!

Wonderful place to stay. The home is very clean and well equipped. Love having the extra water toys (kayaks and paddle boards). The pool is beautiful, we used it every day. This was a perfect spot, we booked again for next year.

Overall very nice.

Overall it was a very nice property. Very well maintained. Great location. Everything you could need supplied. I like that there was a separate room on the second floor, was perfect for our non family guest to stay. Only complaint is that the master bedroom bed is very uncomfortable and the couch is even worse. If those two things are upgraded then the place would be perfect.

house was average,pool nice,nice to have kayaks,paddle boards and dock. listing didnt clearly state that this was not a one family house,it is a duplex with private outdoor area. having a walking,biking path to the beach was nice but it is a very busy street with the school and beach down the road.

Great house / great location

We stayed here over Christmas break with another family (5 children under 10 / 9 total people). The house was excellent and clean when we arrived. We reached out to the management company several times and they were very responsive over text. Great central location in the keys with plenty to do for the kids (when we could get them out of the pool). Highly recommend the property. The only thing that could make the experience better would be to stock the kitchen (another set of silverware, baking sheets and some more pans). Thanks for a great time!

Sweet spot

Lovely property, very clean, very nice swimming pool. We really enjoyed this duplex with a private pool and canal side yard. It was nicely landscaped and pool was a great temperature. We did pay for pool heat. Loved the easy access to Sombrero beach and many nice restaurants. We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the patio. The property worked well for our dogs. We stayed exclusively on the first level which is second floor from the ground per local construction standards. However stairs are hard for me and the VRBO ad said bedroom on first floor and no pic of the house was found by us on VRBO. Perfect retreat if stairs are easy for you even better. So we were expecting a first floor to be a ground floor. The third floor had lovely bedrooms and would accommodate a full family. Lovely property and great stay. Thank you so much.

Family vacation for 9 adults

Upon entry the house smelled like stale smoke . The property was not as large as the pictures lead you to believe especially the pool. The kitchen was not well equipped . That being said the access to kayaks and bikes were a great amenity. Good location to beach and shopping . Overall house was clean and accommodated 9 adults comfortably. Would consider renting again . Renting agency was very quick to respond to minor issues as necessary.

Great place and location

We are very pleased with our stay minus a few details. The house was not very clean. Our feet were black a few minutes after being in the house. The rental company attempted to resolve by sending housekeeping but it was the same after they returned to clean ( we were not present and I assumed they never came until the rental company told me otherwise). The other issue was the bed was broken. The large/heavy footboard was detached and leaned against the wall. My toddler pulled it over— if my husband’s suitcase wouldn’t have been in front of it, it would’ve smashed the little guy. After communicating this problem, they sent someone to install a new bed but unfortunately, they left the old bed including the frame and footboard leaned against the wall, which was more dangerous than before. No one was ever sent to pick up the old bed and it remained there for the rest of our trip. Everything else was otherwise great! The house was just right to house all 9 of us comfortably. The outdoor area was amazing and very well taken care of. Kayaks and paddle boards were awesome! The dock was perfect for our needs and access to the boat was easy!
