In the heart of the resort of Réallon, in the immediate vicinity of shops, 150 m from the ski slopes, mountain bike slopes and hiking trails; charming duplex of 34 m2 in a chalet that can accommodate up to 5 people.
Ideal family holidays, young children will be safe as there is no road to cross. Many activities in the resort in season, access to the Aiguilles de Chabrières by panoramic chairlift, easy access to the Ecrins National Park.
Located 15 kms from the lake of Serre-Ponçon, 5 kms from the small lake of Saint Apollinaire. On site laundry, tourist office, shops.. School and mountain bike rental. Bike park, tennis court, basketball, children's park with swing
Possible access to the swimming pool of the restaurant "La Spatula"
The accommodation:
On the ground floor: kitchen area equipped with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, crockery, raclette machine, toaster, electric mixer, sofa bed, 32" Android TV (books, board games).
Balcony (garden furniture)
Upstairs: a bedroom with double bed 140x190 and storage. A sleeping area with bunk beds. A bathroom with 1 sink with shower and a toilet with storage.

Super séjour ! Departs de rando ou de ballade à proximité du chalet. Le lac à moins de 30 mn en voiture. Que du bonheur Le duplex est bien équipé et le propriétaire répond à toutes les questions/sollicitations très rapidement J’ai mis 4 étoiles en raison de la proximité des voisins, car nous n’y sommes pas habitués.

Accueil et Appartement très bien

Appartement très bien, propres, bonne communication, literie ok. Concernant la station, les chalets sont très serrés les uns aux autres, on a la vu chez les voisins, et il manque un parc pour enfants.

Super endroit

Réallon est une toute petite station pleine de charme. Lieu idéal pour la détente et la randonnée. Près de Savine, Embrun, Briançon, Lac de Serre Ponçons qui sont des lieux de découverte fantastique. Je recommande vivement.

Chalet parfaitement bien situé et de très belle qualité en tous points.

Un beau rendez vous avec la nature et sa faune. De quoi randonner a pied et a VTT.Je conseille vivement ce chalet a la location.
