Well-kept house on a large, quiet property, fully fenced, 650 m from the center of Méjannes, without vis-à-vis.

3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 of which with toilet, living room, dining room, kitchen, separate toilet.

Large private outdoor swimming pool (12 m x 5 m; maximum depth 1.50 m), completely refurbished, open from mid-May to end of September and heated in July and August depending on weather conditions.

Terrace with garden furniture and dining area.

Petanque court, table football, badminton and other outdoor games.

Each room is equipped with a pedestal fan.

Charging station for electric car available at the parking of the Tourist Office.
