Studio for 2 people, not renovated, situated at Heliopolis entrance L. 3rd floor with lift. Living room with 140cm bed. Kitchen area Senséo, TV,
microwave ... Bathroom with WC. Terrace. View over camping site and sea. Parking n°56.

Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, maximum 1.44 euros per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette appartement. Il est plutôt bien agencé avec un beau balcon. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de Wi-Fi, a notre époque c'est ce que nous avons besoin. Cela pourrait dans l'avenir nous incité a revenir.
