Cliff Dwellers A Spectacular 5 Bedroom home just east of Sand Hollow Reservoir

Cliff Dwellers is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 bunk room retreat situated just east of the new beautiful Copper Rock Golf Course just east of Sand Hollow Reservoir. These beautiful home is nestled in a quiet secluded area just below the beautiful cliffs of Hurricane. This property features a brand new swimming pool with slide and spa that is separately gated for security with a beautiful outdoor barbeque bar and dining area. The house is finely appointed and has a very comfortable southwestern feel. This property is just far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of St. George, Washington, and Hurricane but close enough to participate in anything that you want to in any of the cities.
The hot tub is heated year-round. The outdoor pool is heated from April 15 to October 15. In March and the first half of April, and the last half of October and November, the outdoor pool may be heated for $175/day fee with a 2-day minimum. From December 1 to March 1 the outdoor pool may be heated for $199/day with a 2-day minimum.
Fifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of reservation date will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of reservation. Cancellations made within 60 days of the reserved date will forfeit 100% of the deposit made. All cancellations made before 60 days of the reservation will receive a refund of the deposit minus an 8% processing fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Once you have made a reservation with a deposit you will receive a rental agreement. Please sign the rental agreement to complete your reservation. Seven days before your arrival you will receive an email with check in instructions by email.

Lovely home! Perfect for a large group. Property was private with gorgeous views, relaxing furniture, fun things to do right on property such as a pool, hot tub, mini golf, tvs, 2 kitchens, outdoor fire pit and bbq space. We were there for a race at Zion and it was close and convenient. We loved our stay!

Family Thanksgiving

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Cliff Dwellers Retreat and we will definitely be returning for another trip. The house was gorgeous with plenty of space and incredible location. The views from the property were stunning and our family had a wonderful time.

Amazing views and outdoor living space

We enjoyed the outdoor grill and hot tub. There was plenty of room inside as well and loved the kitchen! We prepared meals for 9 adults each day and had everything we needed and plenty of space!

Perfect Home away from Home

Our large family group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has a perfect layout for large family. The pool with slide and hot tub were a perfect tomate to relax/play after a day of hiking at Zion and Kanab or kayaking at one of the reservoirs. The outdoor kitchen area was a fun place to hang while waiting for dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome House to stay in!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving with our family. I came prepared with my own pans, mixers, coffee maker, etc. because we have stayed other places and didn't even have dishes. We didn't need any of the things I brought, they had this house and kitchen fully loaded with everything you could possible need! We really enjoyed staying here and we are already talking about going back this spring.

Incredible get away! House is huge

I can’t say enough amazing things about this property! It is huge, clean and really gorgeous. It has everything that you could possibly need and then some! The only thing that I would recommend is taking water shoes for the pool, since it’s so new it roughs up your feet a little bit. The manager was so helpful and I would definitely stay here again!

Best of All World's Home!

Spacious adobe home with wonderful charm, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and an amazing pool/jacuzzi which we enjoyed even in 40+ degree temperatures! The landlord was so responsive and gracious to our requests. The home itself is so ideally located for Zion National Park and St. George activities and is far away from neighbors for privacy. We could not have possibly been more pleased with our stay!!

Putting green, great pool, plenty of beds, solid streaming tv options. Some insect issues at night but they are usually dead by morning. Really a great house that is being maintained well. Golf course across the street is really nice and reasonably priced. Location near Zion is awesome.

Beautiful house nestled high up on the mountain

Very nice home and property with wonderful pool and hot tub. It would be great if someone spent a day fixing a few things such as toilet paper holders that needed to be screwed back in, shower heads, reattaching some cabinet doors and stocking up on toiletry supplies. Any of the appliances we used worked well.

Beautiful Dessert Get Away

The views are spectacular from about every window or vantage point. The cliffs are the back drop of the property creating an awesome picture. The house is spacious and well suited to a large group. It also will is set up for entertainment with a wonderful out door living space. The hot tub is situated such that you get an awe inspiring view of the valley below or the cliffs behind you. Definitely keeping this property on the repeat list to stay again.

Perfect Southern Utah getaway

We had a group of 7, 6 adults and one child. The property was amazing, better than the pictures. The highlight is obviously the outdoor living space. Such a beautiful pool/hot tub. Views that you can’t beat. The house was beyond amazing. We will be staying again! We did have a couple minor hiccups and the host was beyond amazing. So responsive to assist with questions and walking us through the easy solutions. Willing to send someone to assist if he couldn’t help over the phone. Never bothered by the texts or calls. You won’t regret a stay here!!

Wonderful stay at this lovely south western home!

We had a great time staying at this property! Both the owner and property manager made us feel very welcome and were always available if we had any questions. The house itself was spacious and lovely with a nice southwestern feel to it. Clean and very well stocked. Our absolute favorite part was the outdoors! The kids loved the pool with the slide and waterfalls and the gorgeous views. The patio with fire pit, grill and mini golf is built for relaxing and entertaining. The home is extremely private but still only minutes away from the stores. We were worried about network signal and wifi strength since some of us needed to work but both LTE and wifi signal was strong - we had no issues. Overall we had a wonderful time and took away some lovely memories!

Amazing House

There were 13 of us that stayed for 4 days, 5 adults and 8 kids. We were never on top of each other, there was plenty of space for all of us. The house is really 2 houses is one. The main level has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, along with kitchen and living room. The is a master suite on the upper level with its own bathroom with a walk in shower. The lower level has a game room, it's own full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and another 2 small bedrooms with bunk beds! The outdoor kitchen and pool area was an entire other space that we spent the majority of time it! Kids loved the pool and hot tub, and the putting green was a huge hit! The only bad one can say......it was so nice we didn't want to leave to see everything that surrounded the house, we only went to Zion National Park!!!

Great time in Utah

This property was perfect for our group. The photos do not come close to doing it justice. The outdoor areas are huge and have so many amenities. We barely spent any time inside due to the beauty of the cliffs, the stars, the pool, and bbq. Highly recommend for your adult group vacation.

Great Property

I've stayed at this home the last two years visiting Zion. While there are closer locations to Zion this one gives you the privacy most homes don't with a short drive if visiting the park. Throw in a pool for the hot summer days and you have all that you need. The BBQ area is ideal for any size group along with the inside of the house. I'm from LA so looking up at night is a real treat if you like staring at the stars. Great property and will be back.
