The apartment is located in a chalet with 4 apartments, ideally situated towards the Col des Aravis, 550m from shops and 900m from the village center, on the edge of the Crêt du Merle ski slope. Ski departure and return on foot.
Beautiful clear view of the Beauregard, Étale, and Riffroids massifs.

EQUIPPED KITCHEN: 4.5 m², sink, cooking hob with 4 electric plates, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, raclette appliance, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment (fondue appliance available in common area).
LIVING ROOM: 18m², equipped with a 1-place bench bed, television, south/west window. Terrace table and chairs, parasol in summer.
BEDROOM 1: 11 m², 1 bed of 140, wardrobe closet, iron, west window.
BEDROOM 2: 15 m², 3 beds of 80, wardrobe closet, west window. Toilet cabinet in the room closed by a sliding door, equipped with a shower and a washbasin.
For summer, washing machine in a common room (for stay over 13 nights) and garden furniture
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Skis aux pieds
L'emplacement le long de la piste du Crêt du Merle est vraiment un grand plus pour ce logement. Le logement est fonctionnel. Il y a une salle de bain avec une grande baignoire et une salle de douche. Deux vraies chambres. Le WC est séparé.

La grotte aux fées D
Appartement super bien situé au pied des pistes accès départ et retour en ski tout y est ! Nouvelle cuisine également bien équipée.
Juste en face d'un très bon restaurant la Ferme, avec chargeur pour voiture électrique ce qui est très rare.
Le chauffage ne chauffer pas très fort, il faisait froid dans l'appartement le seul bémol.
