Fully equipped and furnished studio, just steps from the beach, accommodating 1 to 2 people. <br>Located on the 1st floor of a secure residence with a south-facing view.<br>Features secure parking and a private pool open from mid-June to mid-September. The residence is located in Port-Camargue, along the boardwalk that runs alongside the beach and 200 metres from the Camargue 2000 shopping centre, which features all kinds of stores. The studio is located between the marina (300 m away), the Seaquarium (400 m away), and the centre of Le Grau-du-Roi (2 km away).

Quelques petits travaux serait nécessaire , tt ne marche pas dans l appartement, pas de clim juste 2 ventilo , les nuits sont chaude....Pas déçue mais pas convainque.

Parfait pour les minis familles !

C’est l’appartement à louer pour les minis famille ( 2 adultes + 1 enfant et + 1 bébé maximum). L’emplacement est idéal: plage en face, à droite accès à pied au Seaquarium et baby land. A gauche centre commercial avec boulangerie et animation le soir ! L’appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. On aurait apprécié avoir des vélos en plus. On a adoré avoir des ventilateurs pour rendre la nuit plus fraîche! La piscine est un gros plus! A louer et re louer!

Appartement propre et complet.bon accueil à l'arrivée l'arrivée et départ.

Tout a été très bien,mais ce logement est trop exigu pour un couple avec deux enfants . La literie est vétuste et grosse difficulté pour ouvrir le convertible.

Très satisfait de notre séjour, plage à 50m et commerces autour à 200m. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture.
