Bright apartment with an open view of the Canal du Midi, ideal for up to 6 travellers, extended family or friends, in a quiet and pleasant 🌿 setting.

The accommodation is designed for stays with several people, with a comfortable living space and a fully equipped kitchen, practical for organising daily life and enjoying the stay without constraints.

In terms of beds, the apartment has two very distinct 🛏️ sleeping areas. A first bedroom has a 140 cm double bed. The second, located upstairs, has a 140 cm double bed and a 140 cm futon, which can accommodate up to 6 people in good conditions.

The living room enjoys a direct view of the canal, which accompanies moments of relaxation from morning to the end of the day ☀️. A real pleasure to sit, chat or simply contemplate the landscape.

You will also appreciate the outdoor space to enjoy the sunny days. The terrace is perfect for outdoor dining and the end of the day, with a barbecue available for simple and pleasant moments 🍽️🔥.

The apartment is located on the banks of the Canal du Midi, with immediate access to the towpath, ideal for walks or bike 🚶‍♂️🚴‍♀️ rides. The setting is peaceful, while remaining convenient for exploring the region.

For your comfort: fibre wifi, air conditioning and heating, television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Private parking is available, as well as a sheltered space to park bicycles 🚗🚲.

Sheets, towels and cleaning are included in the price. A welcome basket is provided for your arrival, so that you can start your stay with peace of mind.

One dog can be accepted 🐾 (only one), with an extra charge of 35€ per stay.

Comfortable Apartment with Terrace and Channel View

We really loved the Apartment and especially the quiet surrounding. Luckily there is a Restaurant " Le Spot" right around the Corner. They offer really good food with wonderful Wines :)
