About this property

Saltwater Canal Front Home with Heated Pool Close to beach, two kayaks

Newly redecorated canal front pool home close to the European village, bike trails and the beach in Palm Coast. Our home consists of three bedrooms and two baths, a large family room and a dining room with a table that converts to a ping pong and pool table. Come enjoy the Florida life while relaxing by the pool overlooking the saltwater canal or by fishing off of our covered private dock.

As you walk in the front door you enter the family room with a reclining sectional and a 70-inch smart tv with cable and Wi-Fi. The dining room has a dining room table which converts to either a pool table or a ping pong table. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and cookware that you will need to prepare a dinner. There is also a eat in kitchen where you can see the saltwater canal and pool area from the windows. Our home consists of three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed, another bedroom has a queen bed and the last bedroom has a bunk bed consisting of two queen beds. Each bedroom also has a TV.

The pool yard is entirely screened in and also has a TV. The pool is heated from November through April. There is a dining table outside and a propane grill. The dock down below is great for fishing or just relaxing by the water. There is a picnic table under the roof on the dock and an outdoor sectional couch. We also have two kayaks for your enjoyment.

Another great stay!

This is our third stay and we still love it! Great house, pool, dock. Location is residential and quiet. Close to tons of activities and beaches. Roland is very responsive and super nice. Five stars!

Great family vacation spot

Beautiful home with a gorgeous pool overlooking the water! The kayaks were so fun, the garage housed pool toys & bikes. Pantry had spices and everything you'd need to cook on the grill. I'll definitely be back!

We had a great 2 weeks at this location. Very quite neighborhood. Absolutely enjoyed the swimming pool. Roland great to work with. Would definitely stay again. One down point, husband didn’t catch any fish! Lol

Classy, comfy and clean!

This is a marvelous place for a family to enjoy the pool and pool table and clean and complete kitchen. The bathtub in the main bathroom fit our children’s needs. The pool was warm and the scene outside was lovely. We enjoyed the outdoor tv and seating. Being able to walk to the seating by the water was good, too. Everything was professional and high quality! Thank you!

Great home away from home!

I don’t even know where to begin! My family (8 of us including 3kids) stayed for 4 nights and no one wanted to leave! I feel like the house really had something for everyone. My 10 year old loved the fishing dock (caught several fish!) and kayaking and our other two really enjoyed the paddle boat and pool! Great location- we went to St. Augustine twice which only took about 30mins and 10 mins away was the Florida Agricultural Museum (another kid favorite!) We enjoyed the house so much one day we just stayed “home” and played all day and had a blast. House had plenty of towels, pool toys, and extras like spices, dishwashing detergent. We go on a big family vacation every summer and this trip by far was our favorite! Also great communication with our host. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

The efficiency was amazing!

Everything about this house is amazing, with even more additional surprises! Myself and my family (husband and daughter) met with a childhood friend’s family (husband and daughter also) for a long weekend. So many areas and spaces to hang out, with and without children. It was both warm and chilly while we stayed, and had plenty to keep us entertained. The dock is beautiful and so peaceful. The area is great as well. We visited the European village and walked home. We loved our stay and would recommend everyone to stay!

An Amazing Vacation Home On The Canal

This was an amazing home on the canal and Roland was the perfect host who took care of everything! We rented this listing during Hurricane Ian. I was not sure to continue my trip because of weather conditions, but decided to continue with my plans because of a wedding I had to attend. I was absolutely so glad I did! We had a wonderful time. The house was very spacious and fully equipped from the kitchen, bedrooms, & bathrooms to having plenty of towels including for swimming! The pool table was a great plus for entertainment as well as board games for all ages. The pool was a big hit for the kids and adults during the sunshine and nighttime. Roland was also amazing at putting things back in place after the storm to make us comfortable. We had a great time and I'd definitely rent here again and hopefully the weather will be perfect!

Family Vacation

Started booking the the reservation back in March and completing the reservation was easy. The property is located off of the main Interstate and is central to both St. Augustine and Daytona. The property is exceptional with incredible amenities to include things that I didn’t think I needed for a fun time. My kids and I had an incredible time I was reminded as to why I work so hard, so that I can enjoy vacations such as this one. I would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again myself. Very pleased!!

Perfect stay

This was just perfect for our 3 families. Plenty of space, plenty of beds. We enjoyed the patio and the pool. Extra feature was the dock complete with picnic table and seating. We did use the kayaks that are available and had a nice stoll on the canal. Every imaginable feature and amenities available. Just perfect for us!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Felt like home away from home

House had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed for 3 weeks and didn't need anything. Roland was very quick to act when the barbeque broke, we had a new one in less than 24 hours. Very responsive. Great neighborhood, near everything. Walking or bike riding. Would be great if they had bikes and kayaks. The pedal boat rutter was broke but Roland dropped off paddles within the hour so we could still enjoy the boat. Pool was kept at 90, so nice to relax in. Overall house was large, well appointed and felt like home. Perfect stay.

Thanksgiving get together

Came to meet with family for an early Thanksgiving celebration. The house was clean and spacious with a great outdoor space. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal. The kitchen had a good amount of the appliances and equipment needed and the property manager was very helpful in telling us what they had available ahead of time. Our only complaint was that the AC conked out during our stay and thank goodness for cool nights or it would have been really bad. The repair man came but repairs couldnt be made until after we left.

Beautiful Home in Palm Coast

We loved our stay at Roland's home on the canals in Palm Coast. Very clean and very well stocked home on a calm, quiet canal. Communication with the owner was excellent. The teens loved the pool table and ping pong table. Our 8 year old couldn't get enough of the pool and the dock was perfect for relaxing and having morning coffee. Highly recommend!
