Comfortable and stylish END UNIT on the 10TH FAIRWAY in Palmetto Dunes

Our condo is the perfect getaway from life's normal routine. Here, you are conveniently located within minutes of everything you came to Hilton Head to enjoy. The beach, golf, tennis, biking, kayaking, shopping, dining and so much more are right outside the door
...or just stay in and relax, it's perfect for that too!
This bright and spacious air conditioned condominium features 2 bedrooms, a loft (overlooking the family room) and a pull out sofa. The living room has ample space for lounging with a sofa, loveseat and two occasional chairs. Prop your feet on the ottoman to watch your favorite shows on our flat screen smart tv(no cable but local antennae, Roku tv, and streaming apps) . Prepare a meal with our gas grill on our private deck overlooking the 10th fairway of George Fazio golf course or pour yourself a cocktail from our bar stocked with barware for your use. The fully equipped kitchen offers a separate dining area with seating for 8. Two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer round out this comfortable end unit condominium.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, desk and flat screen smart tv. Additionally, the loft has two full beds and the living room couch is a sleeper sofa. Bed and bath linens are provided as well as starter sets of bath and kitchen cleaning necessities. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker (drip), Keurig, toaster, microwave, blender, etc.
The pool, which is open seasonally, is only a few minutes away and the beach is about 10 minutes on foot. We chose the condo because of its proximity to everything in Palmetto Dunes. Come stay, we think you'll love it as much as we do! ***Please note that additional parking fees will be assessed for stays over 7 days.

Our host was excellent! Wonderful communication! The unit is exactly as described! Beautiful views from the deck of the golf course. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and on the deck. We ate dinner at Alexander’s in Palmetto Dunes which we thoroughly enjoyed. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning in the future!!!

Amazing Stay

We arrived at the unit and were able to check in without any issues. The unit was well stocked and was perfect for the group we had, 4 guys on a golf trip. The proximity to courses and restaurants made this a perfect stay. We will definitely return on our next Hilton Head trip!

Wonderful visit!

Our stay was so fantastic! The location is very convenient as the beach, bike rentals, dining, and shopping are all very close by. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are updated. My daughter loved playing in the pool and taking a quick ride to the beach. My family and I are already trying to plan another visit!

Family time!

We had a great stay in Turnberry - perfect size for our family and great location. We were able to bike to beach, kayak, shop and site see all on the island. We had our extended famlies staying in Turnberry and Inverness so worked out perfectly with pool, pavillion and tennis courts. Thanks for a great stay! Your condo was clean and comfy!
