Rental is in a great location right in the center of town. There are tons of restaurants nearby, including many shops and ice cream shops. The views from the rental are amazing, you have the light house / canal right in front and the beach is right outside as well. The unit itself is modern and spacious. Highly recommend.

The apartment is exactly what you can see on the Photos - beautiful view, cosy furniture, spacious balcony... 5 Stars!
Only the pictures of the roof terrace depict a completely unrealistic ideal. It looks as if the place had been thoroughly cleaned for a photo, the umbrella put up, and the carpet rolled out, only to then leave the roof terrace to the seagulls again. What we found was absolutely unusable.

Concernant la terrasse sur le toit, nous comprenons votre remarque. L’appartement dispose en effet de plusieurs terrasses, dont la terrasse principale accessible depuis le séjour, ainsi que le toit-terrasse qui offre une vue exceptionnelle.
Nous tenons à vous préciser que le nettoyage de toutes les terrasses est systématiquement effectué avant chaque arrivée. Nous disposons d’un dossier photo complet attestant des interventions de notre équipe à cet effet. Malheureusement, la terrasse sur le toit étant en plein ciel, les oiseaux y reviennent quotidiennement, parfois seulement quelques heures après le passage de notre personnel. C’est un phénomène naturel, difficile à maîtriser malgré nos efforts constants.
Nous prenons également bonne note de vos remarques techniques (climatisation, grilles de ventilation) et nous allons y remédier au plus vite.

The title says rooftop jacuzzi but it doesn’t work
We checked in and toured the property but the are was hard to access with a car and there was barely enough space in the elevator for one-two people. The mail level was nice but the bedrooms were tiny and no room for a suitcase. You go upstairs to the rooftop terrace and Jacuzzi but some of the steps were broken off/chipped. The roof top looks nothing like the pictures. It seemed dirty and not inviting like what was shown. The jacuzzi had a top that was strapped down and when we asked if we can use it the property manager said it doesn’t work and they closed it off because it gets dirty especially from passing birds. The listing clearly says terrace and jacuzzi and this is the only reason we booked it. After a few minutes of being there we knew we wouldn’t be happy with the property and left to get a hotel room nearby. The property manager was not helpful at all and thought we were wrong for wanting to get what we paid for. I don’t recommend this property at all!

Votre commentaire est totalement faux et inacceptable. La zone d'accès à la voiture n'est absolument pas difficile. cet appartement dispose d'un garage et d'une place de parking privative : les deux sont très facile d'accès. Vous aviez une seule voiture et nous vous avons donc proposer deux stationnements ! L'appartement mesure plus de 150 m2 habitable. Vous étiez uniquement deux personnes et les chambres ne sont absolument pas petites . Vos remarques et votre départ prématuré pour cette raison sont encore une fois inacceptables et de mauvaise foi. Tout est bon pour essayer de se faire rembourser! Il est totalement possible de déposer une valise dans toutes les chambres qui sont au nombre de trois et chaque chambre dispose d'un dressing. Nous n'avons jamais eu aucun souci de surface ni de stationnement avec tous les autres voyageurs accueillis dans cet appartement de standing. Aucune marche cassée ! Nous sommes venus à votre arrivée, à votre départ et avons répondu à toutes vos attentes. Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé.

Ce fut un enchantement de passer cette quinzaine dans ce logement. En plus la responsable de l’agence Aurélie est vraiment pleine de compation pour les touristes que nous étions .
