Charming Burgundian farmhouse

Originally the farmhouse of the vegetable farm at the heart of which it is located, the building has been completely renovated and features two bedrooms in the attic, a guest bedroom on the ground floor (BZ), and a bathroom. The main living area includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room.
The heating system consists of a wood-burning stove.

The cottage is pleasantly situated in the heart of Southern Burgundy, in Saône-et-Loire, 10 minutes from city centre Chalon-sur-Saône. The vegetable farm on which it is located is in the town of Saint Marcel, which has all the amenities you need: a supermarket, butcher shop, bakery, library, hair salons… everything is within walking or biking distance!

The location is ideal for exploring numerous attractions and enjoying activities year-round: the wine route, the castles of Burgundy, the Jura region and its countless hiking trails, museums, the public swimming pool, and “Chalon dans la Rue” (a theatre festival held in July)...

The owners offer a guided tour of the farm, by reservation (€10 per person)
