11km from Saint-Omer and its marshes, cottage 6/8 people of 114 m2 in a quiet area within our farmhouse, with separate entrance and private fenced garden of 244 m2. <br>Private spa for 3/4 people included, accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.<br>3 bedrooms: 1 with private shower and 2 modular (single beds that can be joined) + 1 BZ bench. 2 toilets, 2 showers, baby equipment, games.<br>Particularity of weekend stay: departure 14:00 on Sunday.<br>Pets welcome.<br><br>Come and enjoy a private relaxation area with spa for 3/4 people, its water at 38°C and its 3 massage jet areas! Located in an outbuilding a few metres from the cottage, it is accessible at will between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. <br>Spa including one bath towel and dressing gown per person. <br><br>Your pet is welcome, at no extra charge but under your responsibility and supervision. Thus, dogs cannot be left alone on site. <br><br>Special for weekend stays: late check-out on Sundays before 14:00 instead of 10:00, allowing you to enjoy more with family or friends.<br><br>Playful family cottage with 2 play areas upstairs:<br>- for the little ones -> secure area with children's table and chairs and many toys (doll, Playmobils, kitchen,...)<br>- for older children - > connected TV, Playstation 4, video games and DVDs, table football, darts<br>+ books and board games available to all.<br><br>The rooms:<br>- comfortable bedding,<br>- 1 master bedroom upstairs with double bed (140x190), chest of drawers and private shower area + connected TV, <br>- 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with garden view, modular -> each bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed 160*200 separable into 2 twin beds 80*200 and a dresser<br>- BZ bench in the older children's play area, adjoining the master bedroom (comfortable Dunlopillo mattress: 35 kg/m3, size 140*190), chest of drawers. <br>- Shared dressing room in the hall between the ground floor bedrooms and the bathroom.<br><br>The modular bedding allows us to adapt the cottage as much as possible to your needs: family, group of friends or professionals.<br>Choose the layout that suits you and let us know when you book so that we can prepare your arrival in the best conditions! <br><br>Sanitary facilities:<br>- on the ground floor -> shower room with vanity unit and 10kg washing machine + a separate toilet<br>- upstairs -> private shower area in the master bedroom + a separate toilet<br><br>The kitchen: <br>Open to the living room, the equipment is very complete - > induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, raclette/pierrade machine, Actifry oil-free fryer, blender, Dutch oven, pie/cake dishes, pressure cooker, wine and beer glasses,.... <br>A classic filter coffee maker (filters and coffee provided) and a L'Or Barista coffee maker compatible with Nespresso (pods provided) are available.<br><br>Additional spaces:<br>- A space with dressing room (wardrobe + lockers and drawer) and cupboard serves the ground floor,<br>- An office is available upstairs.<br><br>The cottage is ideal for children.
