Super convenient to everything! Disney and Universal are just a few minutes away and the 24 hour pool was a huge plus!

Rooms double booked

Got checked in only to find another family in our room. Front desk took forever only to come upstairs to variety we were telling the truth and then acted confused about what to do. Finally got another room an hour later. Multiple people had the same issues.

Better than Expected-Noticeable Updates/Cleanliness

Pros- Updated rooms,baths and firm but comfy beds! Hot water if wait a bit. Breakfast and late night Pizza Hut. Starbucks but very busy! Adjustable heat/AC worked well without musty smells! Updated clean lobby, decor and entry. Free shuttle to parks but took over 45 minutes stopping at other hotels. Located near Maingate but right behind busy Drive. Cons-Cable/Wi-Fi glitching, need a “Do not Disturb” tag; housekeeping knocked and tried entering on both days! Returns to clean only on first day. No microwaves in room but (2) in breakfast bar area. Hot tub was barely lukewarm and switch to activate jets broken…really needed this after a long day at parks!!

It's a Holiday Inn resort with an active conference center. Very degraded property and rooms. If you buy a cheap room expect the lowest quality possible. Housekeeping did not replenish soaps and shampoo before arrival. One of the two beds was completely degraded and hard and the dirt and debris on the floor and behind the headboards was very bad. Almost all of the plants surrounding the pool were dead, the pool water was 94F, too hot, and the cabanas had alot of trash with no one using them or cleaning them. The bathroom door was of the rollers(barndoor style) and disfigured. It's location is probably the most efficient for getting food, souvenirs and relatively close to the parks. Just so old. Again, you get what you pay for. The staff was helpful and joyful in all interactions. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. But if cheap is your objective and you can over look basic cleanliness and functionalities then this is your oasis.
