Our group of 5 were in town for a concert and had a great time here enjoying the space. Very nice kitchen table, theater room, and games room downstairs. Nice showers. Communicative host.

Clean and fun place

The game room and movie theater room were the best features of this place and also the art work. The area was quiet and cozy. The property manager is very nice and responds very promptly with any issues or needs. The only issue I had was that the one bathroom on the main level had no covering on the window to block out the shower. Only had a see through shear curtain. Over all was very nice!

Disappointed

First let me start by saying you have a dead animal in outside on the side of your home. Secondly you may want to check with your “cleaning company” about leaving items behind from prior guest & having stained or discolored bed lining. You also have mice in the unit, there are droppings around the corners of the house. Also to wash the dishes & take the garbage out is Absurd due to the fact that I paid a cleaning fee. And you are saying you have a cleaning company coming. Third the pictures are not detained to show that your turned a leaving room to bedroom. None of the bedrooms have a door besides the one that’s shared with the other unit. You sent a message at 10:12 am today stating to check out at 11 am when you told me the night before I could check out at noon. This was unprofessional.

Cozy Condo

Enjoyed the condo and resort for family and friends summer get away. Weather impeded our outdoor adventures, but we were able to squeeze zip lining, arial course, and a chair lift ride in, (despite 4 out of 5 days of Rain) what fun! Would give 5 stars for condo and host, but for AC being out of service. Host let me know in advance of arrival and offered full refund if we cancelled or partial refund if we did not. Since this was the first stop on a multi leg vacation cancellation was not possible. Bill kept his word, luckily for us temperatures were not bad, humidity was oppressive, however, these things happen, Bill had AC part on order (COVID responsible for delay in part arrival?). Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
