About this property

Cosy brand new modern and light-rich flat in the heart of historic centre Ghent, fully available with all utilities (kitchen utensils, towels, bed linen wifi,...). Located near the most beautiful sights, restaurants, Friday market, Koornmarkt, St Baafsplein, Belfort, St Bavo's Cathedral..., parking nearby, 30 mn. to Brussels or Bruges, easily accessible by public transport (near a bus stop, 2 mn from Dampoort), 10 mn steps from Dampoort train station. Terrace. The apartment is very bright, and very well isolated, there are curtains everywhere (photos were taken just before the curtains were hung), the windows are oriented west - south-west, there is sun on the terrace from about 4-5 pm. In the bedroom block-out curtain. If the kitchen is used, we expect it to be perfectly cleaned upon departure.

New and well located in Ghent with cathedral view.

Would stay again if visiting Ghent Apartment was as advertised, clean, and had everything for long term stay. My wife enjoyed the vanity/desk with light. Had plenty of space for hanging clothes. Only negative: no drawers and only one small shelf for other clothes and no floor space in bedroom for suitcases, so we had to keep clothes in our suitcases on floor in living room. Apartment was located within a couple minutes walk of a large bus stop, grocery store, and cafes and about 10 min walk to center of old town. View of cathedral over adjacent buildings. Neighborhood clean, safe and usually quiet. Bar down street played music on weekend evenings but quit 11:00 sharp.

Nice place in the city center

Nice place to stay in the center of Gent. Due to the beginning of the Gent Festen the parking space was further limited but it worked to go to the P+R parking by shuttle bus or bike.

Radfahrerfreundliche Wohnung - ohne dazugehörigen Parkplatz

- Sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Gastgeber - Falsche Angabe zum Parkplatz - die Tiefgarage darf für den PKW nicht genutzt werden, weil die Kurzzeitvermiertung der Wohnung durch die Besitzergemeinschaft verboten / illegal ist. - Fahrräder können in der Tiefgarage sicher abgestellt werden - Geschirrausstattung spartanisch -Wohnung heizt sich durch die großen Fenster sehr stark auf - nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut durch Kneipenlärm - Gepäcktransport durch Fahrstuhl sehr komfortabel - sehr zentrale Lage / alles zu Fuß und per Rad erreichbar

Apartamento excepcional, todo muy bien, a menos de 10 minutos del centro. Lo único malo, por decir algo la parada de tranvía a 10 minuos andando al igual que los supermercados.
