Great value, easy registration and comfortable stay. Quiet, clean room within walking distance to some of the areas best food. Reasonably priced and friendly staff.
Motel is very convenient to Highway. A little dated but overall a great place to stay. Beach area is a great location to catch a gorgeous sunset. We would DEFINITELY keep this motel on radar for our return trips.
We enjoyed our stay at Bayview Key Largo. Kat was a pleasant and accommodating property manager. The view of FL Bay was nice and location was convenient to the rest of the Keys. The bed was good. The negatives were that several chairs were on the pier were broken and the rooms were a bit dirty and a little dated.
Our shampoo dispenser was broken. We only had one wash cloth. We only stayed one night so it was not a big deal. I’m sure I could get more wash cloths if I asked. We would stay again. Staff was nice.

Little Disappointed
Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the free paddleboard because they are only unlocked when the person feels like unlocking them.
Also, the pool is falling apart and the deck around it is unbearable to walk with heat.
This property is just a motel. If I had driven up and checked in on the same day I would have payed half the price I paid when I booked on VRBO. The lobby is a gift shop. If you want to sit somewhere it is at the pool or the dock which doesn’t work well when it is windy or raining. We were not told about the discount for the restaurant next door until we checked out. VRBO should describe this as a motel our room was very small. We were not planning on eating out every meal, but there were no dishes in the room except for coffee or tea. I expected more of a studio type room. Again if VRBO list a motel they should let you know it is a motel room. Thor rate for this motel was about the same rate that I paid at a true resort I had stayed in in Key West at the beginning of my trip.

Room Picks by Victoria, took our money and never made our reservation
The location was great BUT.........I have never experienced such ineptitude with a VBRO reservation, Roompicks by Victoria took our full payment and never made a reservation. Can you imagine what it feels like to arrive at a destination and have money taken out of your credit card 2,000.00+ dollars and the Inn have no reservation in your name? Thankfully, we were able to get a room at the Bayside Inn in Key Largo, which was GREAT!!!!! All communications with RoomPicks was completely sketchy and I feared I would not get my money returned. I blocked the payment on my credit card and was eventually refunded my money with a lame excuse. My most recent experience on VBRO has made me question whether I will use this site again. The BaySide Inn staff turned what could have been a disaster into a save, for this I am truly greatful.

Good location
After my booking. I received an email saying that the property manager would be in touch about check in info. Never heard anything from anyone. We arrived and I walked in to the office and they had my info and I got checked in. The room looked great upon entering. We dropped our stuff in the room and ran out. After getting settled in I start to notice the lack of cleanliness. This room looked like it hadn’t been dusted in a year. The floor would make your feet black from the dirt on the floor. The shower had no pressure. I have 2 girls, so you know where I’m going with that. After the first night they came in and made beds and gave us fresh towels. After the second night nobody came in or to the room. They had no clean towels or bedding. I had to go to the office twice to finally get pool towels. Which is fine as long as they are clean. But, they didn’t offer those the first time. They said it was a dryer issue. Which I can understand. Should of given me them the first time. The AC took all night to get to 72 degrees. I know it’s been hotter the normal. When the sun goes down it shouldn’t take all night. I messaged whoever from roompicks and still haven’t received a reply. Location was great. Plenty to do in the area. Tons of restaurants and bars. Cleanliness is not a lot to ask. It would of made everything else manageable.
This is a nice basic vintage FL hotel on the water. Rooms are not very large but they are mostly well kept up and the location is an easy walk to several restaurants, drugstores and other shopping, the local Greyhound bus stop, and the area's attractions.
Es war alles top, lediglich die Klimaanlage war sehr schmutzig und die Abzugshaube im Bad ist wahnsinnig laut.👍

Not happy with Bayside Inn.
We had a great time in the Keys with our granddaughter while her parents were away in a vacation of their own but we did not have a good experience with the hotel. We arrived on Friday at about 11:00am knowing that the check in is at 3:00pm. I informed we were going to be nearby to call or text us when ready. We were not checked in till about 3:10pm telling us our room was still not ready. On Saturday right before we were going to dinnner the air conditioning system was not working properly and when calling the front desk I was told they did not have any body that could fix it at this time but would send someone when possible to take a look at it. To sum it all up they were not able to fix it and said that they would be happy to check us out. Very rude and unprofessional. Finally we had to move ourselves to another room. Also she mentioned in the conversation that there was no malaise done which I was not rude or mentioned anything of that sort. Not a good way to treat any guest.
We had a wonderful experience here! The views were more spectacular than I expected them to be! Beach area and pool were well taken care of. Room service tidied up our room everyday and left us clean towels. Kat and the rest of the staff were so helpful and kind! Definitely would recommend!
I want to write this review because our hotel proprietor, Kat (?) was such an excellent host, that I believe this review is necessary. We came from Coconut Creek for small finish to our tour of central and southeast Florida.
First of all the hotel's location is excellent. 6 miles south (bayside) from the bridge to the mainland. It is only a few feet off Route A1A but somehow feels nestled in a semi-remote location.
The beach and pool area are splendid little safe and clean areas. We have a five year old who could check out the area safely and happily.
The rooms were clean and any issues we had (we needed some towels and the door handle had slight issues) were fixed immediately. Kat was amazing, and so was the first front desk woman we encountered.
The amenities in the front office were excellent too.
Cleaning staff was courteous and efficient as well. Excellent recommendations on food since Snooks was closed due to staffing issues. We went to Skippers (Terrific!)
Great stay.
This place is all about location. It’s located in the middle of all key largo activity and has direct access to the water where you can use their kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Or if you want to just chill by the pool that’s an option too. Quiet location and you can walk next door to Annika for a bit to eat and a drink whil you watch the sunset.
Very nice, loved the private beach area. Quiet.
The only downside is the beds were a little small for 4 adults. (Doubles, not queens) but they were very comfortable and had a great nights sleep!
Nice hotel room property. It’s clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The small beach and pool area is nice for kids and gorgeous at sunset. We would visit again in the future.
