This 2-bedroom condo which sleeps 8 (2 king beds/2 queen sleeper sofas) is located in building 3, 4th floor, which only has 3 condos and an outside BBQ/Lounge deck overlooking the city of Breckenridge and Ski slopes. This condo has vaulted ceiling and higher windows due to the buildout on the top floor of building 3. This condo construction was just finished in July of 2020. Be one of the first to experience the best of Grand Colorado. You almost have a semi private elevator for the short walk to the slope, dining, pool, jacuzzi, and high end amenities throughout the lodge. This condo has a unique location in Grand Colorado due to its top floor location and views of Downtown Breckenridge and Mt. Baldy making it highly desirable.

Breck Ski In - Ski Out

This was our first time in Breck and the first time to do ski in- ski out. We really enjoyed Peak 8, the condo was beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We had great service from the owner, including booking a theatre for a family fun night. The amenities at Grand Colorado were spectacular. My favorite was the steam room at the spa. Top Notch dining and bars. It was very busy while we were there but never waited 10 minutes on a lift. Very convenient lockers. Loved Ullr cafe and Randy’s. Also, enjoyed dining in town and at Peak 7.

Fantastic rental for families

This rental far exceeded our expectations. You can't beat the ski in/ski out location. Our room was well decorated, spacious and clean. The hotel has so many things for children to do, from Escape the Room to personal movie theaters, 2 very nice aquatics facilities, a game room, and ice skating rink. The gondola right outside takes you to downtown Breckinridge and there is also a free shuttle service provided by the hotel. The owner reached out to us multiple times before our stay and was very helpful in answering our questions and helping us get set up. I highly recommend!

Highest elevation Breckenridge Condo at Grand Colorado Peak 8. Due to the location, the condo has a slightly different layout which enhances privacy. Easy access to downtown Breckenridge with the free shuttle service. Park in heated garage and you never have to drive until you leave the Grand Colorado.
