The Lake House, nestled on the banks of the Wapsipinicon River and Goose Lake in Independence, Iowa, has been a part of our lives for many years. As our lives grew busier, with boys growing up and our jobs demanding more of our time, we realized that we couldn't enjoy The Lake House as much as we did when the boys were little.
