The accommodation comprises
- A living room with dining table and chairs, sofa, coffee table and TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, etc.
- A double bedroom with double bed and dressing area.
- A small enclosed corridor with a washing machine.
- A bathroom with shower, washbasin and hairdryer.
- Separate WC.

Please note If you are planning a stay with family or friends, it is possible to accommodate two extra people by also reserving ‘Le Magda’, a second flat on the same floor. This accommodation, designed for two people, is the ideal complement for a group stay while retaining your independence.

Neighbourhood:
- The accommodation is ideally located in the Madeleine district with all amenities within walking distance. There is a supermarket less than 150 m away and a large supermarket and shopping centre 6 minutes away by car.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the street, which is completely free.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Vannes SNCF station, a 10-minute walk away.
- Nearest airport: 1h15 Nantes Atlantique

For the well-being and peace of mind of all occupants, we ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the premises and to observe the following rules:

- the entire residence is non-smoking
- pets are not allowed
- The accommodation does not have the necessary facilities to accommodate a baby.

Autonomous arrival possible at the manager's choice.: Access to the accommodation is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a launderette located approximately 2 km by car or 750 m on foot from the accommodation. PLEASE NOTE: This launderette closes at 9pm but is open 24 hours a day for our guests.
