House with independent units, fully equipped, ideal for families or couples. Its southern exposure guarantees light-filled rooms located in a quiet residential area, outside the city, with its own private terrace. Due to the hillside location of the property, you have an overwhelming panoramic view. In the communal area there is a fantastic pool with integrated waterfall and grotto, a chill-out sofa corner, as well as a wellness area with whirlpool ( solar-powered ) There is also a sauna - for a fee. The barbecue area, equipped as an outdoor kitchen with a large brick charcoal barbecue, gas hob, microwave, small fridge, dishwasher and full crockery service invites you to enjoy a cosy get-together. With many terraces available, you will always find a place of peace to relax and enjoy the fantastic view.

wonderful stay just outside Lloret
A very nice location, apartment paractically furnished with lots of cool outdoor space. Beautifully located swimming pool and relaxation area. Very friendly owner!
There is a lot of nuisance from barking dogs in the neighborhood, both during the day and night...
The house is also quietly located with beautiful walking opportunities nearby.
Central location to discover Costa Brava and nearby villages and cities.
We highly recommend this beautiful house.

Wir waren Ende August für 2.5 Wochen in dem Haus. Suzi war sehr nett, hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, was man unternehmen und wo man schön essen gehen kann. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Räumlichkeiten wie auf den Bildern zu sehen auch sehr gut. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön, Pool, Whirlpool, Terrasse und ein schöner Ausblick. Was will man mehr. Zum Strand ist es etwas weit, aber das war uns auch beim buchen bewusst. Mit dem Auto kein Problem. Alles in einem, ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit netten Besitzern. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Op de dag van aankomst een app ontvangen van Suzi, met de vraag wat de aankomsttijd zou worden en een duidelijk omschrijving van de ingang. Bij aankomst een korte rondleiding van Suzi, wat een vriendelijke vrouw!Het appartement was keurig verzorg, goed uitgerust en schoon.

Suzi est tres avenante, tres serviable et discrete Le logement est tres propre et bien équipé. Situé en haut d'une colline, voiture obligatoire.La pisine et le jacuzzi avec leurs terrasses ont fait notre bonheur.Seuls les aboiements des chiens du quartier pertubent un peu le calme du quartier.Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Schöne ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht
Wir, Familie mit 3 Kinder 6 & 5 Jahre sowie 3 Monate, hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit.
Der Pool ist sehr schön ein teil unter einer "Höhle" dadurch ist es dort durchgehend schattig.
Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch die Außenküche mit Grill und Spülmaschine.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.
Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben immer einen Tipp für Lokale, Strände und Unternehmungen parat.
Werden gerne wieder kommen.
