This Unit Features a Full Unobstructed View of the Crystal Blue Gulf Waters and the Beautiful White Sand Beaches of Panama City Beach! Units at The Top Of The Gulf Do Not Have Balconies in the Units, But Do Have Common Area Balconies On Each Floor.

This condo has tile floors throughout, The condo also has extremely comfortable New Queen Beds (2) **Condo Sleeps (4)**

The complex is extremely well maintained and has many nice amenities. You will love the large New swimming pool, New kiddie pool, poolside snack bar, 2 story sun deck, grilling area, exercise room, game room, shuffleboard, and the lounge area on the beach. The complex is also very close to incredible restaurants, night clubs, golfing, water sports, fishing charters, and shopping.

We had a fantastic stay memorial day weekend! The check in process was easy, loved our view, and the condo was very clean. We had an issue with the door code at the end of the trip and contacted the owner. He was very helpful in getting the situation resolved. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Nice for the $$

Top of the Gulf is a really nice clean place. Great views and beach access. The only problems we had was the coffee pot had old water and mold growing in it so it was totally unusable. And I reached out to the property manager with 3 messages and a voicemail and NEVER got a response. If I was the owner of this condo I would definitely want to know.

Great location

The location in proximity to the beach (walk) and multiple different areas was perfect. We weren’t where everything was super busy. There was a chair rental on the beach but they weren’t the pushy kind like we had heard about. The property has a great pool and just a nice smaller place to stay!

Amazing Views & Amazing Location!!

Me and my fiancé stayed here for 4 days a few weeks ago and we loved every second of it! Our condo was at the perfect location right on the ocean and we also enjoyed the community pool when the ocean got too hot to be in. Our condo was also very clean and very spacious, we have no complaints. Thank you so much for our stay!!!

A Great Experience

While I definitely wouldn't call this property "top of the line", I am also aware that, for it's location, our payment was a valuable rate. The room was clean and has a beautiful view. Seating was functional and the room accommodated us fine. The pool in the resort is wonderful and the beach access is amazing. Everything we needed was minutes away and easy access. Lots and lots to do in the area if you don't just want the beach but also the perfect place to stay if you just want to spend the whole time in the sand.

World Series!

My 2 boys (14, and12), my husband and I all stayed at the condo for a week, and we loved it! The condo was perfect, the boys loved swimming and I couldn't get enough of waking up on the beach. It was the perfect location for our baseball games all week. and it was the perfect location to all the must visit restaurants and fun things to do in PCB.

Bathroom was small and could use some work. TV should be moved to another location. Over top the bed is dangerous and light shines in your eyes at night from the tv. Pool was nice too!

Memorial weekend stay

We love the TOG. We have stayed there before with a different owner. This year due to price increase; we reached out to a different owner to book our stay. The room looked just like the pictures. We had a horrible check in experience due to the door lock not working, the lack of care from the security guard and strick contact rules. It was Memorial weekend therefore there were no on-property managers or HR. We did eventually get a hold of the owners who arranged for the door to be fixed and for our troubles, issued a partial refund. We would stay in this property again. This side of the beach is great, chairs were a nice accommodation and the owners were as frustrated as we were and quick to take action.

This is truly an ideal location and one of the key reasons for spending some fantastic time here. It's a TRUE Gulf Front condo and faces the beach with a great view. It's also rare in that it is very, very central yet on a distinctly exclusive area of the beach in that the main road curves away from the beach and comes back just a short distance away thereby diverting the 'cruising' traffic away from the beach and allowing you to get where you need to go and only get in traffic when you want to.
