Pretty house completely renovated, original architecture, mix Picardy and contemporary. A marriage of authenticity and modernity. Ideally located, in Le Crotoy, near the shops, the marina and 400m from the beach. Ideal with family or friends, for 2, 4 or 6 people.
An entire accommodation, with a nice garden, a large south-facing terrace all day with garden furniture, barbecue, a parking space = a small car in the courtyard (paid parking on the street and throughout Le Crotoy).

To enjoy both the fresh sea air and the sweetness of the Baie de Somme. The house consists of a bedroom with 1 bed of 160 x 200 cm with television, a second bedroom with 1 bed of 140 x 190 cm with television, a third bedroom with 2 twin beds of 80 x 190 cm or possible transformation into 1 double bed of 160*190 cm. Bed linen and towels provided. Two bathrooms with shower, and sink upstairs. Two toilets (1 upstairs, 1 ground floor). A fully equipped kitchen (crockery, microwave, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, hob, small freezer...). A pleasant living room dining area, a television. A washing machine and dryer. A hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner. Baby kit (1 travel cot without mattress, 1 high chair) Free.

At the entrance of the house, a space with a washing and drying machine, a place to put your jacket and shoes after walking along the beach of Le Crotoy. A pleasant house to live in, new furniture. On the ground floor of "Ma Maison en Baie de Somme", 3 pretty bedrooms, with different atmospheres. A master suite, in grey and sea tones, with a 160*200 bed, a dressing room, and a bathroom with shower and en-suite sink. Equipped with a flat screen TV, TNT channels. The landing then leads to two other bedrooms, with a second bathroom in between, with shower and sink. A separate toilet is available. The second bedroom is sun or sand with a 140*190 bed and a dressing room. The third bedroom, with a thousand colours, where the birds of Marquenterre have left a few feathers! For one or two people, with 1 bed of 80*190 or 140*190. With a storage cupboard and television. Our beds are equipped with duvets and mattresses to guarantee the best sleeping comfort. »

The cleaning at the end of the rental is possible at the amount of 140€. 1 Dog accepted with an extra charge.
