Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
# of guests are limited to 12 adults and 4 children daytime or nightime. No addl guests allowed for events. Rinse Sand off Before Entering Pool.
HOA $500 penalty first 30 miinutes, $500 each 30 minutes after. Outside noise devices record sound levels. There is a 10:00 pm curfew to 7:30 am.
Close windows/doors if AC is in use. Surcharge penalty if cooling off Kauai or excessive heating of spa.. Turn off ACs before leaving the property.
