We have 2026 Snowbird availability! Check out our reviews - they speak for themselves. (Our house has been fully restored since hurricanes with final permitting from Pinellas County and IRB.) Awesome getaway home for short or longer term trip to Indian Rocks Beach. Welcome to our clean, convenient, comfortable, functional abode to make your vacation spot memorable for all of the right reasons. Those that have stayed find it pretty charming on top of all of those things too. Some have even called it a perfect-piece-of-paradise.
NOTE: MESSAGE ME DIRECTLY if your schedule and our open calendar do not fit. We may be able to adjust the available times.
The living space consists of front living room open to kitchen plus a tiled sunroom area in the rear. The kitchen was renovated with replacement maple and navy cabinetry, Quartz countertops, tiled backsplash and stainless steel appliances.
Though there are two bedrooms, there are 3 beds total plus a pull-out sofa. There is also a second living space with office and monitor for PC (tower NOT included), this will allow you to work from ‘home’ if you must. Printer is Canon 2522 & uses HDMI connection, it’s not WiFi or AirPrint compatible.
The two bedrooms are on the small side. One has a Queen bed. Second has bunk beds with Queen on the bottom & Twin on top. (Ladder is removable if you have little ones.). There’s adequate headroom over the Queen for adults of any age to use the lower bunk. All mattresses are covered, are newer and are medium in softness. Both bedrooms have TVs.
All flooring in the house (with exception of bathrooms & sunroom) is Pergo Vienna Oak and area rugs warm the space.
Front bathroom is between the two small bedrooms and consists of very small tub (bathing toddlers) with glass shower surround (IE adults can't take a bath but can shower very comfortably). The rear bathroom (off sunroom) houses the washer & dryer and is a surround-style-shower plus other bathroom amenities.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please adjust temp to 60 October - March. Turn off April & May. Adjust to 70 May - September.
Please do not start washer or dryer unless we communicated about that or you plan to stay for load to be dried and folded.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Second time of staying, we love it here so much!

After staying 2 years ago as a family there was no doubt we wanted to return to this same property…Kirsty has clearly done a lot since we stayed last to make it even nicer and more comfortable. Appreciated big soft towels, most comfortable mattress & sofas ever…perfect location for the beach, really well stocked in kitchen, tranquil neighbourhood, we just didn’t want to leave (again!). Great location

It was a 5 minute walk from the beach, quiet and clean and well suited to our needs. A great place to stay, and could easily sleep 8-10 people if needed. we stayed with 4. great getaway.

IRB vacation

Absolutely perfect vacation home!

The cleanliness of this house was unmatched by anywhere we have stayed! The property owner is so helpful and goes out of her way to make sure you have everything needed for your stay. The house is perfectly located to all things you would want or need to do during your stay. We fell in love with Indian rocks and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Wonderful experience!

We loved staying at Kristys property for our recent vacation. We had everything we needed plus lots of bonuses! Our kids especially loved the books, board games, and beach toys. The location was close to everything and very quiet and peaceful. We were so glad we chose this home!

IRB vacation

My husband, daughter, and I stayed for a week with my parents and had a great time. The house was a great size for us and we loved the location being able to walk to the beach. Kristy was very responsive whenever I had a question.

Nice place in good location

3 bedroom 2 bath unit was bigger than 2 of us really needed, but that made it quite comfortable and the rate was still reasonable. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and convenience store on Gulf Blvd. The nearby nature preserve's mangrove boardwalk was an unexpected bonus.

Nice and Quiet House

Nicely laid out home in a quieter area away from Gulf Blvd. The beach is 3 blocks away and it is a pleasant walk. I even enjoyed having coffee each morning in the backyard and listening to the birds.

Family vacation getaway

Our family had a wonderful time here! The beach and fun activities with the kids were all super close walk or a quick drive away. We we able to get to see some dolohins and had a manatee swim a few feet from us while we were out swimming. The kitchen is well stocked and so is the shed for the beach fun. We would gladly book again!!

2nd time staying absolutely amazing!!!

Walking distance away from alot of great places. Less crowds then downtown clearwater but still with the amazing beach and clear waters. If take a trip to Botanical Gardens check out the Heritage Village nearby alot of great history. Kristy is an awesome host very quick to respond and will accommodate you on anything you may need, will definitely stay again.

Great stay!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property for spring break. The house had everything we needed, was comfortable, clean and was just as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and off the main road but with the beach and many things within walking distance or a short drive. Kristy was available if needed but we had no problems during our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect for beach lovers and bicycle riders.

This wonderful property is located in the lovely beachside community of Indian Rocks Beach. It also provides easy access to some of the best bicycle riding in Florida. It is a short distance to the Pinellas Trail. The owner, Kristy, is very attentive and has provided everything necessary for a lovely stay.

Great home close to the beach

This was our 2nd stay here and we enjoyed it as much as the first. The house was very clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the backyard has a nice picnic table and comfortable chairs for relaxing. The beach is a very close walk and there are lots of beach toys, chairs, and a wagon to transport it all. The host is very responsive and understanding. I would absolutely stay again!

Clean and had everything we needed

Stayed 7 days and enjoyed the house. About a5 minute walk to the beach. Located close to everything. Area was more mature people and far enough away from the young party area. Enjoyed the quiet and peaceful neighborhood when we wanted to wind down. Many good eat options nearby. Love Indian rocks and this rental is a great choice

Peaceful home, great location

Quiet neighborhood, perfect for our family. We appreciated the kids toys and all of the beach equipment. The furniture is a little different than pictured, and the house was not as clean as we expected based on other reviews, but the beds were comfortable, host responsive, and everything else was as listed. We had a lovely time!

Best place for a family with kids

This house had EVERYTHING needed for a fun family vacation! We stayed with our toddler and infant and it was perfect.. tons of toys inside, beach toys, wagon, umbrellas, coolers, etc. The beach is a short walk away, and there are a few playgrounds, restaurants, and shops that we walked to as well. I could not recommend this house more!

Perfect for our family of 3 boys

This house was so charming. We didn't need a lot of room but enough for all of us to gather and make meals together. It was affordable and comfortable. We enjoyed the quick walk down to the beach with the provided wagon, chairs, beach towels, and sand toys. We loved being so close to other beaches as well but grateful to have a short drive back to a quiet town and neighborhood after a day in Clearwater Beach.

We are a family that has visited IRB (and the surrounding area) for 20 years - we lived in Seminole (also Pinellas County) in 1999 then in Tampa/St. Pete 2007-2014. Having returned to our home state, we dreamed of owning a vacation home in the area & made that a reality in 2019.

Why they chose this property

We love the LOCATION of our property and the ability to walk to so many wonderful places. We frequent ALL of the coffee shops (Grove, IRB Market, Indian Shores Coffee, Belleair Coffee), parks (Kolb and 10th Avenue), walkways (fishing dock behind us, 10th Avenue park walkway)....

What makes this property unique

Our property is not a luxury space but is comfortable, convenient and feels like a home. (This does not mean that things are worn - just that it is well-equipped.)
