AMAZING LOCATION! 3 bdrm , WiFi, Cable, Gas Golf Cart

GREAT LOCATION, centrally located in the Village of Lynnhaven! You will feel right at home in this newly decorated, three bedroom, two bath split ranch. This home sleeps 4 comfortable. Over 4 people up to 6max will be assessed addition charge of $50 per night per person. All tenants will be listed on lease. Two kings and one queen beds-all with flat screen TV’s equipped with Xfinity cable. Primary bedroom has king bed with large closet and walk in shower.
Guest bedrooms have 1 king / 1queen size beds, closets and one also includes a desk with an available computer printer. A pocket door separates rooms from living area. The bathroom has tub/shower and linen closet, with plenty of towels and linens, including beach towels. The open concept living area includes new reclining furniture along with 55inch smart TV with high speed WiFi. Beautiful dining area seats 6, with 3 more seats available at the island. Kitchen is complete with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. Keurig coffee maker, Cuisinart oven/toaster/air fryer available. Luxury vinyl flooring throughout. In-home laundry. Utility sink in the two-car garage. Enjoy your morning coffee in the spacious lanai with ceiling fan. Included is a two-seat gas golf cart. Ride the trails to the over 50 golf courses, restaurants and shopping. Village IDs are not required for renters to occupy a home, however if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a villages identification card. With your Village Resident Passes you can play all of the Villages executive and championship golf courses. If golf isn’t your thing, check out the over 80 pools, or other activities such as pickle ball, tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes, bocce ball, corn hole, the walking trails or inside rooms with billiards, cards or bunco. Additional guest passes for your visiting guests are available for no charge from Laurel Manor Rec Center. And don’t forget to enjoy music and/or dancing in the squares nightly from 5p-9p. Rentals are 7 days or longer. For long term rental of 30 days or longer, one of the renters MUST be 55 years or older.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to this charming home in the Villages. Mornings were particularly delightful as we sipped coffee on the inviting front porch. The updated Lanai was a fantastic addition, and the spacious living room, complete with comfortable couches, made for a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, while the master bedroom offered ample space, a rarity in the area. The house was impeccably clean and modern, and we appreciated the convenience of the gas grill. Having access to a gas golf cart was an added bonus. Communication with Bob was excellent throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Visiting in-laws in The Villages and property was perfect as close to our family. The host was great, property has everything you might need and host very responsive to all questions. Loved having use of the golf cart.

This place has absolutely everything you would need to enjoy your vacation! It’s upgraded, in a great location and always immaculate! We’ll be back in December!!! Oh and the owner is great to work with too, I hope to meet him some day!

Great rental house

We had everything we needed in the home. Neighbors were friendly, and everyone else that we met. We played golf almost every morning use of the golf cart is a really big plus.. I think we went to all the town squares while we were there. Looking forward to next year.. Thanks ,,

Another great year

This was our second year renting this fabulous home. The house is so well equipped that you need not bring anything from home. Clean as a whistle and in tip top shape. The location to the two pools and rec center are within minutes of walking. Major shopping centers are 5 minutes away by car in one direction and Sumpter landing is 5 minutes away in the other direction. Owner communication is excellent. We're already bookedfor next year

Nice quiet home in the Villages

As you pull up to the house you'll notice the nice landscaping. There is a relaxing front porch to sit in and have coffee or read the paper. The living room has comfortable couches and is spacious. The Kitchen has everything you need. The Master Bedroom is big for homes in the villages. The house is very clean and updated. There is also a gas grill which is nice. The gas golf cart is a plus. Communication with Bob was awesome. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

A Lovely Time in the Villages (Again!)!😊

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Bob and Tammy Gariepy’s home. It is just the perfect place to spend time in The Villages. In our case, it is very near family and friends. It’s also near everything The Villages has to offer. The home has all the amenities for our use, and is in beautiful top-notch condition. Communication with Bob and Tammy is easy. They respond to questions quickly, and keep renters informed of any necessary requirements for their stay. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stays here and hope to come again in the future. I highly recommend this home and Bob and Tammy as hosts.

Beautiful home and location

Certainly beautiful home and location for us. Central to all things that interested us. For us only two items that we could identify as negatives: 1. Unable to use the garage for our vehicle as there were two golf cars. 2. Water at The Villages are typically heavily chlorinated. We are sensitive to bleach and chlorine. Most people may never notice it. Overall great owner communication and if we come back to The Villages we certainly will consider this home again. Thanks for opening your home for us.

Home away from Home

The title says it all. From the initial communication with the owners to the moment we entered the house we felt not like guests in someone else’s house but rather like it was our home away from home. The home has a fully equipped kitchen; lacking nothing for preparing any meal or drink. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The towels were plentiful and better than my own causing me to think about upgrading my home supply. House was spotless and beautifully decorated. The golf cart was a blessing and the garage had four chairs which proved very helpful at the squares and pool supplies. The house is located in an awesome location. 8-minute golf cart ride from the nearest regional rec center. 4-minute walk to the nearest adult pool and an 8-minute walk to the family pool/ local rec center. You are an 8-minute drive in the car from every major shopping store you could ask for and a 7-minute ride from Sumpter Landing Square. What else can I say. We loved the house, loved dealing with the owners, loved the neighbors. It was thee fastest 4 week of our lives and we can’t wait till next year to do it again.

We have stayed at several properties in The Villages over the years. This was the best kept, best furnished property of all that we have stayed in by far. Everything like new and very comfortable. Especially the recliners (4 of them). The location is super. Accessible to all amentities and just a short cart ride away. We would rent the property again in a heartbeat. Owner very helpful and just a phone call away.

We have been going to the Villages (Lynnhaven area) for 20 years. Love the area and finally we were able to purchase . We have fun golfing, driving golf carts everywhere and the talking to the people.

Why they chose this property

Our house is in the centrally located area of Lynnhaven. The neighbors are great to talk to and very helpful. The house which has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths is what we always wanted for the special family trips. The closest family pool is 2 blocks away. Churchill Pool. Or the other end of block is the Lynnhaven Pool.
