Meticulously remodeled A-frame style cabin with high end finishes just minutes from the village and hiking and mountain bike trails. This is our family cabin and a lot of thought went into the design, finishes and furnishings. The cabin spans 3 levels and is very open and spacious with a private setting in the woods and wonderful views. Ample parking for 4 or 5 vehicles. The Cabin has lots of character and a cozy wood burning fireplace that provides great ambiance along with the leather couch, leather chairs and buffalo skin rug! You can access several of the bike trails right out the front door or below the cabin. Our cabin features reclaimed wood accents, an open concept kitchen with self-close drawers, all the dishes and pots and pans you'll need, a beautiful island with marble counter top, viking dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave. The well appointed loft offers additional gathering area on bean bag chairs and has 6 built in beds with ship lap and each bed with its own light. There is also a brand new lower level that features two additional bedrooms and bathroom with another living area and deck plus an Italian made pellet stove. The main level bathroom has unlimited hot water delivered via a whole house on-demand hot water system. With four bedrooms and three living areas. our cabin is great for multiple couples or families.

This is one of the best Vrbo properties we have stayed in. The space was cozy, stylish, extremely clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Our entirely family loved the house. Communication with the host was outstanding. We would love to return again.

So glad that you enjoyed our cabin! We've tried to think of everything to make it a special place.
Very nice place, with very nice finishes and beautifully decorated. Great location for trail running and mountain biking, without having to get into the car and drive to a trailhead, and a great place to relax afterward. We enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay there again.

So glad that you had a great trip and enjoyed our cabin. Hope that you and your family return in the future. Sincerely, The Altigs
We spent 4 days up at Schweitzer. 3 days skiing and one day down in Sand Point - walked across the bridge, antiquing and pie. Property was great and as described. Such a relaxing and fun get away, the owner's own personal touches add to the experience - great atmosphere, wood stove, records, fully stocked kitchen. Thank you!!
