In Eyragues, a small Provencal village 6 km from St Remy de Provence, we offer you our fully renovated 190 m2 villa, with all modern comforts, in a peaceful setting (not overlooked) on 1200 m2 of land, with a 9x5 heated swimming pool secured by a roller shutter.
You can relax in the shade or sunbathe on the large covered terrace.
The living room, dining room and kitchen offer over 80 m2 of light and space for entertaining, with high ceilings and large windows.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has a king-size bed (160 x 200) and a dressing area, with a bunk bed (90 x 200) in the largest bedroom (on the ground floor). The 2 bedrooms upstairs have access to a shower room with separate WC. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor have access to a bathroom with separate WC. Adult and children's mountain bikes and a table tennis table are available, as well as a plancha and a barbecue.
Avignon is 15 minutes away, as is Les Baux de Provence.
