This historic one-bedroom casita has been completely renovated from the floorboards to the roof. It is perfectly situated just behind the Railyard Historical District only one block from the famous Guadalupe Church. Agua Fria Bosque Casita is within walking distance to the Plaza, and one block from the Railyard where you can find great shopping, activities and of course amazing food! The railyard is home to Santa Fe's only Farmers Market!

King bed, comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area. Full A/C, WiFi, off-street parking, two flat-screen Smart TVs (Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime), stainless steel appliances and many other amenities complete this wonderful downtown retreat!

***This is a pet-friendly unit, but we do not allow cats or other animals in any of our properties. Dogs that accompany a reservation must be approved by management before booking. They must be 30lbs or less, housebroken, non-barking, and at least one year old. If your dog meets the requirements above or has been approved by property management, a $60 per pet per week additional fee plus taxes will be added to your reservation.

Comfortable and Cozy!

We loved our stay. The casita was perfect! It was cozy and very comfortable. We loved being close to Downtown. Property management was easy to work with and responsive. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful casita in a great location

This is a well-appointed property within walking distance of both the Railyard district and the Plaza. Convenient on-site parking. The casita was quiet and private making it perfect for our getaway.

Perfect spot for a long weekend

My husband and I, along with our pups, stayed at this location over a long weekend. It was clean, comfy, had a great little patio area for us and the pups to relax in the mornings/evenings. It was also a perfect distance to walk to the Railyard area and to the main square/happenings in the heart of Santa Fe. We wouldn't think twice about staying here again for a future visit!

Old Town Convenience

Bosque Casita is an excellent accommodation, clean, cozy and well equipped. Perfect for our three day stay in Sante Fe it is within a short walking distance to both the Railyard and the Plaza. Communication to and from the host was quick and efficient.

Location location LOCATION!

Located in the heart of Santa Fe you’ll find the best food, sights, and sounds all within walking distance. The stay was amazing,even prettier in person. Clean rooms and comfortable bed.Will be back again,definitely recommend staying here for a beautiful experience.

Great location; bring a pillow

Super cute and clean property. Can get to Plaza walking in less than 15 minutes past some amazing rose bushes. Bed pillows are flat as a pancake so if you like something with more support or fluffier bring your own.

Great hideaway close to the square

We loved our stay Bosque Casita because it is within walking distance of the Square and the Downtown Railyard District. The property was clean with all the amenities you need. The management and maintenance was very accessible if needed. We will return to this special gem for sure!

Great location, beautiful apartment

AdobeStar was very proactive in providing all the information needed for a wonderful stay in Santa Fe. The apartment is just a fifteen minute walk to the Plaza, so it is accessible to all restaurants and shops. The apartment was fully accessorized with all that is needed for a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location very near the Plaza and in the vibrant Railroad District. Great 140 acre dog park a few miles away. Excellent support from the management staff. Well laid out and attractive, nicely furnished interior. The 2 fireplaces and patio were a plus as was off street parking and quiet back of lot situation. Would definitely book again.

We loved the location (Railyard District) as it was close to the square, great places to eat, shops, and museums. We did not rent a car, we walked everywhere. It worked out great and the weather....was wonderful. We will use Adobe Rentals again.

Great place!

Everything about Bosque Casita was GREAT! Loved the location, easy walk to the Plaza and the Railyard and everything in between. Had the extra little touches that make a difference: coffee and cream already at the unit, laundry detergent, extra towels, robes, Hulu and Prime Video. Only extras that were missing were a full length mirror and a step or shelf in the shower (any place to prop a foot up for leg-shaving). Even with the great location, it was very, very quiet at night. We are definitely recommending Bosque Casita to our friends.

Perfect Place to Stay!

We stayed at the Bosque Casa for several days in February and really enjoyed the house. It has everything you need to relax and recharge. The house is located within walking distance from many restaurants, shops and is within the historic area. The place was incredibly clean (I admit to being picky), well stocked with a comfortable bed and plenty of sitting areas. I booked the house before realizing it was dog friendly and in past rentals I have found there to be an issue with hair, there was none there. Complimentary coffee, cream, Britta filtered water and lovely smelling toiletries come with the house. It is well stocked if you would prefer to cook versus going out for every meal. The place feels like a luxury hotel suite that is bigger and with a kitchen. The bed was VERY comfortable and the fireplaces a nice touch. The management company was very easy to work with, professional and incredibly responsive to any needs/requests. As a real estate agent I look at photos al day for a living and was a bit concerned about the size of the bathroom since I could not get a great sense. It is sized just fine for the space and getting ready in the morning so no worries there. It is a great place to stay so just book it, you won't be disappointed : )
