Welcome to your beautifully updated and comfortably roomy home in Bloomington! This spacious 1,500 sq ft air-conditioned condo offers a modern and thoughtfully decorated retreat for your visit.

Loved the proximity to campus. We stayed there during move in week at IU and loved how close it was to campus and running errands. The condo complex is quiet and there was always parking. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of linens.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hoosier corner. The apartment was really nicely decorated, super clean and really close to the university. We would stay here again!

We had another great stay at this property.

We stayed here last month and reserved it again based on that. The place is perfect and the owner is very responsive and helpful. They even had yummy Amish cinnamon rolls for us to enjoy again. So thoughtful! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to all. Thanks again for everything!

Appears to be a remodeled to modern condo in fair-mid maintained condominium complex. Clean, convenient location, minutes from campus, eats, gas, shops. Typical amenities for bathrooms and kitchen. Very accommodating host for a late check-out and quick responses.Suggestion: window blind or covering for the kitchen window for additional privacy from neighboring condos

The great escape!

Our stay was excellent at this condo. Clean and fresh! And the owners made sure we had a few extras - water in the fridge, coffee and the best cinnamon rolls we have ever had! The location was perfect for us - we wanted to explore Brown County Park (30 minutes away) and the Bloomington College grounds (5 minutes away). Beds were comfortable, linens were very clean, and it was nicely decorated. Thanks for the great get away!

Fabulous place!

As a fellow VRBO owner/renter, I have to say Stephanie did a fantastic job at communicating from the get-go and making sure we had everything we needed. From the sweet thank you card on the counter to the Amish cinnamon rolls waiting for us in the freezer, her place was perfect and we immediately felt at home. We've already rented it again in November when we come back to visit our sons at IU. Thank you Stephanie for a fabulous place and time!!!

Outstanding stay in Bloomington

Friends & family in Bloomington to attend the 500 and enjoy race weekend (definitely prefer Bloomington for this!) and to attend my son's first album release gig (he is an educator and professional.jazz musician and an IU grad). I've stayed several places in and around Bloomington over the past several years. This property is as good as anything I've experienced. Very friendly and helpful hosts, and the property was exactly as represented.: Well laid out and organized and very comfortable. As others have noted, the property is sotless and fully equipped for a perfect stay. All aspects outstanding- Thanks very much!!

Lovely condo!

We came into town for our daughter’s wedding and stayed at the condo for a place more comfortable than a hotel. We were so pleased with the comfort and condition of this place. The condo is outfitted with all of the amenities that we needed and everything was in great working order. Also a nice touch with the welcome thank you and gift. We have rented many places through VRBO typically look better in the pictures than in real life - but this place did not disappoint us. It is as spacious, clean and comfortable as comfortable t looks in the pictures.

Overall the stay was great. The only thing we found frustrating was the TV and how it worked. The service is not easy to use and there are times when the tv show basically tells you it will be back in 3 minutes and plays music over and over for 3 minutes.

Bike weekend success.

My son and I stayed for a weekend of mtn biking in nearby Brown County. Great landing pad at night with plenty of clean space and comfortable beds. Great!

Cosy and Comfy

The property is immaculately kept. Extra touches to make it a wonderful stay where coffee, water and wonderful cinnamon buns. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed our time as we moved our daughter into her IU dorm. Highly recommend.

Fantastic condo

We had a great weekend in Bloomington, everything was as advertised. The place was clean and stocked, which was so nice. The towels and sheets were really soft! We stayed in town for a funeral and when we are in town again I will definitely consider staying here

Great location close to campus!

Our stay at Hoosier Corner was excellent! My wife and I stayed with our college bound daughter to visit the IU campus. Very clean condo. Well put together. Medium walk or very short drive to campus. Good communication with the host throughout the stay. We would stay here again.
