Schöne Lage, am Grundstück läuft ein Fußweg vorbei, für schnellen Zugang zum kleinen Hafen.Gute Ausstattung, schönes Bad mit Dusche. Die Küche ist modern eingerichtet mit allem Nötigen zum Kochen. Das Päckchen Begrüßungskaffee kam bei uns gut an. Schöner Garten mit zwei Liegen, lädt zum Entspannen ein.Wir könnten immer noch mehr hinzufügen, was uns gefallen hat..... Wir sagen, es war einfach super !!!

Tout est allé bien malgré l'humidité

Amabilité parfaite, madame Doare est gentille et attentionnée; sans souci. Dommage pour l'humidité. La chambre au rez-de-chaussée trop humide pour y dormir. Nous avons déménagé dans la mezzanine, mais inconfortable pour 2 adultes. À cause de ça nous avons allumé le chauffage 2 heures par jour et nous avons dépensé 20 euros d’électricité! Sont des coûts qui doivent être supportés par le propriétaire et non par le locataire. Dommage ....

Je me permets un droit de réponse car la maison que vous avez louée est saine ainsi que la chambre. Ce qu'il faut incriminer c'est la mauvaise météo de votre semaine de vacances particulièrement froide et humide, inhabituelle pour un mois de juillet. D'autre part j'applique les recommandations préconisées en matière d'économie d'énergie en faisant payer sa consommation pour la maîtriser.

Toller Urlaub

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem sehr gepflegten kleinen Haus in toller Lage. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die sehr weiche Matratze und die etwas spärliche Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien Ansonsten ist dieses Haus für zwei Erwachsene auch mit Kindern sehr geeignet. Schön war auch, dass wir unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten, der sich auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück super bewegen konnte.

Séjour authentique sur la côte bretonne

Idéalement située en retrait de la route principale et quasi en face de la mer, vue sur mer dans le jardin, cette adorable location a tout pour plaire pour un séjour paisible et authentique. Atypique avec une chambre en mezzanine, une chambre parentale et un petit séjour très cosy, nous avons adoré. Merci aussi à l’accueil attentionné de Carine. Nous reviendrons!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Plozévet. La maison est propre et idéale pour une famille de 4 personnes. La situation géographique est parfaite pour visiter la côte sud du Finistère. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Weniger gut als allgemein beurteilt

Der Standort und die Konzeption des Hauses sind wirklich optimal. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern etwas zu klein. Für mich alleine OK. Was nicht in der Ausschreibung stand waren ein Cheminé welches aus feuerpolizeilichen Gründen nicht verwendet werden durfte und weiter, dass die energetischen Kosten pro KW mit 0.25 Euro berechnet werden. Und dies mit stromfressenden Elektroheizungen. Wäre das Cheminé einsatzbereit gewesen, wären die energetischen Kosten um einiges geringer ausgefallen.

Le gîte est rénové et bien équipé. Il est situé à proximité du port et des sentiers de randonnée. Nous pouvons voir la mer du jardin. Malgré notre réservation très tardive, tout était prêt et propre à notre arrivée. Merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
