OCEAN FRONT CONDO WITH A SPECTACULAR, PANORAMIC VIEW OF THE BEACH!

Cozy and comfortable, this second story condo, is full of light. Remodeled in 2012, it is beautifully decorated with new furniture and lovely paintings on the walls. And the panoramic view of the beach and ocean is just what the doctor ordered! One of only 4 condos in Seagate, there is plenty of privacy, as well as open space to the north and south, showing about 120 degrees of beautiful beach and ocean. It is just perfect for one happy couple.

The kitchen is finely appointed to satisfy even the most gourmet of cooks. It boasts a beautiful granite wraparound counter with stylish new swivel stools. You can converse with the cook, spin around to talk to someone on the couch, then turn again to take in the breathtaking vision of the ocean. New lighting, fans, kitchen cupboards and paint really make this condo a show place. And the ocean is seen from every angle....

The deck has a table with four comfortable chairs for relaxing dining pleasure......or sit back and take a snooze by the sound of the waves in one of two oversized rockers.

And if it's the sandy beach you crave, help yourself to the beach chairs and water toys located in the box on the deck. Full of beautiful shells, the fine white sandy beach is wide and uncrowded. And right in front of the condo is what is known by the locals as the 'hot zone' for finding ancient sharks teeth of all shapes and sizes.

Our condo is located just south of Main Beach, with the historic town of Fernandina Beach just minutes away. Enjoy great shopping, plenty of casual and/or fine dining and Fernandina's very own Farmer's Market every Saturday morning.

There is so much to do - from exploring Fort Clinch to touring the beautiful historic Victorian homes by horse and buggy. There is golf, tennis, hiking and biking. And exploring beautiful Cumberland Sound on a chartered sailboat or fishing boat is an experience not soon forgotten. We are one of the last beaches in the country that still allow horseback riding right on the beach.

If you are a golfer, I can arrange for you to play at our beautiful private golf club as my guest. Golf Club of Amelia's clubhouse is just inside the Ritz Carlton property.

We host the fabulous Concourse DeElegance every year, as well as the Fernandina Beach Annual Shrimp Festival. Other annual events include the Amelia Island Book, Jazz, Blues and Chamber Music Festivals - no wonder we love living here!

This is our second home, even though it's just minutes from our primary residence. If you need anything, we're only a phone call away, so be sure to give us a ring.

The location of the condo was great-right on the beach and great view from the condo. It was perfect for our dog-she loved laying on the deck and visits to the dog park. Leslie was very responsive to our questions on how to operate the TV and even brought us cookies when I could not access the cookie sheets. We did enjoy our stay.

Great Spring Break!
