The Villa Carpe Diem, ideally located in Les Trois Ilets will welcome you for an unforgettable stay in Martinique
The villa, built in 2019 and with a traditional architecture and neat decoration, will offer you:
- A covered terrace overlooking the garden and its secure swimming pool with alarm
- A fully fitted and equipped open kitchen (Oven, Microwave, hob) and its scullery (Fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher)
- A living room with dining area and lounge area with television
- A master suite with 160 cm bed and its private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)
- A bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90 and a single bed of 90
- A bedroom with double beds of 160
- A bedroom with double beds of 140
- A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- A separate toilet
- Wifi
Bed linen and towels are provided.
You will also find in the kitchen the basics (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, oil, ...) and a homemade planter will be waiting for your arrival in the refrigerator.
The 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The villa enclosure allows parking for 2 cars.

The villa is located at the entrance to the village of Trois Ilets, close to the ZAC Vatable and its shops: supermarket, bakery, cheesemonger, tobacconist, pharmacy, hairdresser, etc.).
In the town centre of Trois Ilets (about 600m) you can have access to the maritime shuttles which will allow you to reach Fort de France in 20 minutes
At 4 km you can reach the tip of the end and the Mitan cove, the Creole village, its restaurants, shops, the casino and the marina.
The Trois Ilets golf course is about 2km from the villa.
The beach of Anse à L'Ane, its restaurant and its beautiful hiking trail to Anse Maturin and Anse Bellay is also about 4 km away.
The Vatable Forest with its walking paths in the mangrove is 500m away.
Many museums are also in the town: The Slave Savannah (our favourite), the Cane Museum and the Empress Josephine Museum.
Villa Carpe Diem is also ideally located to discover Martinique from North to South.
We will also be able to advise you in your choice of visit and offer you typical days with the island's must-sees.

Séjour très sympa à la villa Carpe Diem

L’accueil de Lydie à la villa Carpe Diem est très chaleureux. La maison est très bien conçue et très bien équipée, elle est spacieuse et très agréable à vivre, nous avons profité de la piscine tous les jours et même plusieurs fois par jour. Nous y avons passé trois semaines formidables, on s’y sent comme chez soi. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour en Martinique.

Super séjour

Nous avons passés une super semaine en Martinique. La maison est très bien agencé. La terrasse, le patio et la piscine agréable et bien orienté. Merci Stephanie et Yann pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Nous avons, espérons, hâte de revenir

Maison confortable mais gestion à revoir

Tout d'abord un seul jeu de clef n'est pas suffisant pour un logement prévoyant autant d'occupants. 2eme point les espaces verts auraient dû être faits avant notre arrivée et ils n'ont jamais été fait durant le séjour donc des herbes hautes durant tout notre séjour. 3eme point, il conviendrait de prévenir avant d'intervenir dans le logement (nous avons eu 2 visites inopinées au début de notre sejour, c'est la 1ere fois que cela m'arrive dans une location). 4eme point, il y a énormément de poussière dans les recoins des canapés lits une fois ouverts. 5ème point, les occupants de la suite parentale ont dû nettoyer le siphon de la douche car il était bouché. Enfin, dernière chose qui ne relève pas de la responsabilité du propriétaire mais le bruit des travaux en face est vraiment pénible, un petit mot à ce sujet à l'arrivée des locataires permettrait de s'organiser pour favoriser les sorties le matin et profiter de la maison une fois les travaux terminés en milieu de journée. En dépit de ces points d'amélioration, je note tout de même que la maison est bien équipée et confortable. Toutefois, compte tenu du positionnement tarifaire du logement, je suis globalement assez déçue de cette location.

Notre entreprise a à cœur d'améliorer toujours ces prestations donc merci pour vos commentaires. Pour les clés, nous verrons avec le propriétaire s'il est possible de faire des doubles. Concernant l'entretien des espaces verts, il est soumis à la météo, en cette saison ou il pleut souvent nous faisons au mieux et n'avons pas voulu vous déranger pendant votre semaine de location (cf votre 3ème point) Nous sommes intervenu 3 fois dans le logement, la première pour retirer le robot nettoyeur de la piscine et vous étiez prévenu, la seconde a votre demande car vous n'arriviez pas a allumer le barbecue la 3ème a votre demande pour remplacer la bouteille de gaz. Concernant la poussière dans les recoins du canapé lit une fois ouvert, nous nous en excusons, il n'avait effectivement pas été contrôlé. Concernant le siphon de la douche, nos procédures décrivent un nettoyage de tous les syphons de douche entre chaque location, nous regrettons que ce point ai a priori été oublié et nous en excusons. Concernant les travaux en cours dans le voisinage nous ne les maitrisons pas et ne savons donc pas quand il y a des nuisances, dans tous les cas le chantier est fermé à 15h00. Enfin concernant le tarif, sachez qu'une villa comparable 4 chambres, 10 personnes, piscine aux Trois Ilets se loue en juillet entre 350€ et 400€/nuit , vous avez payé 216€/nuit.
