One level floor plan NO stairs very quaint property and nostalgic. 2 bed, 1 bath with pullout couch. Sleeps 5-6 with open floor plan. Old style wood floors, big lush back yard, old arches in the house thru doors. Soft and cozy warm atmosphere.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take the trash out to the main garbage can outside in the backyard.
Please strip all the sheets off the beds, used and place them on the floor in the bathroom as well as any used towels or dish, towel towels
Also, please make sure to do all your own dishes as we charge an extra $35 if dishes are not done
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please DO NOT try and sneak any pets in of any kind! You will be charged upon finding out and asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
No smoking inside home of any kind. Owner is highly allergic. No refunds will be given if smoking has been done inside the home.
No use of the basement of any kind.

Wonderful visit to Paonia

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful property right in walking distance to everything in downtown Paonia. It was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful back yard full on with bikes and amazing swings! Will stay here for sure again!

Cute Cottage

You could not ask for a nicer place to stay. Close to everything in the center of town. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend staying at this home.

Cozy, clean house in a great location!

We were in Paonia for a family reunion with our two children. The house was spacious, clean, and very well appointed. The backyard had a great deck and swings for the kids. Loved that it is right across from Paonia Expresso and can easily walk into town. A wonderful stay!

Delightful Experience

This was a very comfortable, roomy and charming property -both in the house and in the plant and tree lovers garden. Everything went smoothly and host Lori was communicative and helpful. Located on quiet street within very easy walking distance of main town. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely perfect!

Pictures don't give it justice! It was just what we needed. We have 2 kids and mornings were for swinging while us adults enjoyed sipping coffee on the couch watching from their great big windows. House was secluded by plants and trees which made us feel cozy but yet close enough to walk to anything in town. We went to visit family but I highly suggest this place if you need a break while visiting lol. We won't be staying anywhere else when visiting now. This was my first vrbo experience and I was super nervous but Lori was communicative the whole time and the house was over any expectation I had. We even had a change of plans and she accommodated it without a second thought. Thank you so so much for an incredible stay. -The Peetoom Family.

Absoloutely Perfect Place

Immaculate, peaceful, quiet and amazing place. Just really could not ask for a better place and I am very picky. I think in another review it says "even nicer than the photos." and that is true. When you walk in the door you will see..........really special place. Don't pass it by!

Why they chose this property

I chose Paonia because I love my little sanctuary at the house. It’s quieter, and I also love all the farming and wineries and orchards and the weather.

What makes this property unique

My property is unique because it is more of a nostalgic home feeling right in downtown where you can walk everywhere even take shuttles to some of the orchards and parks are close by.
