Welcome to Red Doors Scottsdale! It's our family vacation spot that we completed fall of 2020 and are honored to share it with you all. A lot of fun and color was put into this home to make it bright and happy, as well as added touches offering moments to wind down and relax with friends and family.

Red Doors is only 20 minutes from PHX airport.
With so much close by - we are 5 minutes from Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter (outdoor mall + restaurants), minutes from local attractions: Baseball spring training, Barrett-Jackson auto auction, golf courses, butterfly museum and aquarium, Old Town, and more! We are in the middle of it all! Restaurants everywhere, unique shops and fashion malls will fill your day and you can come home to float in the pool, nap in a hammock, snack at the fire table, or work on your putting game on our backyard green.


Red Doors is 2800 square feet filled with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, family room, living room, dining room, laundry room, kitchen eating table and an open floorplan.
The entry looks to the dining on the right that seat 8 and a kitchen table that seat 6, an island that can seat 3. We come from big families and no matter the occasion, we always end up in the kitchen and eating spaces - and this home is perfect for that setting with plenty of room to roam.
The living room offers beamed tall ceilings and open space with a game area to work on puzzles, play Jenga, read the collection of design and food magazines, books, trivia games, kids books and a reading nook inspired by our own young ones who sit on the big pillows in the corner under the sunlight and read (or play their tablets). At night, create a relaxing mood with the candlescapes in the fireplace and chimenea with remotes and wind down.

The TV/Family room has a 65" Smart TV with an Xbox.
The kitchen is equipped with Alexa, a Keurig one-cup and ice maker machine on the counter.
We also have a wine (or cold beverage) fridge in the kitchen island. Keep in mind, there is no lock.

The back yard is equipped with an oversized hammock, dining table with umbrella, BBQ grill, three-hole putting green, fire pit with comfortable seating, convertible gazebo, pool with an automated waterfall, pool party lights, swim-up hot tub, lounge chairs, automated out door string lights.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan with remote. 3 bedrooms are king beds and one room has two twin beds.
The master bathroom has a sectional couch, access to backyard/pool, large glass shower, and dual vanities + walk-in closet. The guest bathroom in the hallway has dual vanities, a large storage closet, tub/shower. The third bathroom connects to the laundry (separated by a door) and has a shower as well. No fighting for showers! Three bedrooms have smart TVs.

Home also has heating and cooling (with dual A/C units).
Ceiling fans, too.



Regarding our pool:
Heating the pool takes a lot of heat and propane. The hot tub heats up faster than the pool. To accommodate your heating request, advanced notice is required with an additional fee to cover the added price of propane/energy.
Waterfall and pool lights are automated with a handheld to offer just the right vibe for play or relaxation.

Heated to 85 degrees - $50/day - average temp at a resort

This home does NOT allow parties as we respect our neighbors and enjoy living in a peaceful, happy neighborhood.

To protect ourselves and you, we have installed exterior security cameras and noise decibel monitoring. The cameras are located and cover the pool area, backyard and driveway. In the event our guests do not follow our house rules - we will take proper measures to contact and escort off property. We hope that you treat our home with the same respect you would your own, and have responsible fun and enjoy your time.

This property does NOT allow any pets. Also, this is a no smoking home.
