Perfect cosy duplex for a weekend skiing as mates

Albeit very small on space, the apartment had everything we needed as a base for a weekend skiing in Cauterets; Good value for money, will hopefully be back

This cosy apartment is cleverly designed to make the most of the space, with access to the sleeping/TV area via narrow stairs which are quite steep. It's very well placed for a quiet stay only 5 minutes' walk from the centre. We didn’t use the parking space beneath the building as our car doesn’t cope well with ramps, but there was plenty of free parking nearby (on a weekend in early March anyway). On arrival we were confused as to where to find the key security box, but it's next to the door of the apartment. The microwave and one of the hotplate rings didn't work when we were there, but there's a little oven and a good fridge, plus a toaster and filter coffee-maker, and the cupboards are full of various condiments, tea, coffee etc. The apartment is warm and there's plenty of hot water. The views are great!

Le studio est sympa et propre,les consignes claires,Juste la TV ne fonctionnait pas ...on s'est apercu le dernier jour en faisant le ménage que l'antenne était débranchée,mais comme elle est sous la table on le l'avait pas vu.J'ai eu du pal a dormir avec le bruit de la riviere qui passe devant l'immeuble car à cette epoque le courant est très fort et elle fait beaucouo de bruit,mais avec des boules quies ça s'est résolu,la place de garage en sous sol est top en hiver quand il fait froid dehors et que ca gèle.Je conseille ce logement sans problème.table chaise

L’appartement est bien situé et fonctionnel, le contact avec l’hôte et l’arrivée dans l’appartement s’est très bien déroulée. Par contre, nous avons trouvé un mot dans le logement indiquant que le micro onde ne fonctionnait pas, que l’une des plaques de cuisson fonctionnait mal (en effet, quasi pas). Nous aurions aimé être prévenu en amont surtout venant avec un enfant. De plus, l’un des stores velux est cassé et ne se ferme plus, le four est très petit mais fonctionne correctement (à penser si vous souhaitez y faire des plats, c’est vraiment petit), et nous avons eu une coupure d’électricité en faisant fonctionner le four et le chauffage en même temps. L’appartement reste cependant propre, bien placé par rapport aux télécabines et à la ville.

Ménage et salle de bain

Je comprends le choix de ne pas prendre de frais pour le ménage mais suivant après qui on passe, on doit refaire la vaisselle et le reste avant de pouvoir s'en servir. Quant à la paroi de douche, vaudrait peut-être mieux mettre un rideau à la place car tient difficilement (ergots cassés avant notre arrivée). Sinon petit appartement agréable pour une famille de 4 personnes (2adultes+2enfants), très bien situé dans Cauterets et échanges cordiaux avec Thérèse avant notre arrivée.

Bonjour, merci pour votre appréciation. J'ai changé la paroi de douche et j'ai mis un rideau de douche à la place. L'appartement était très propre après votre passage et je vous en remercie vivement. Je suis désolée qu'à votre arrivée vous ayez du faire du nettoyage. C'est du ressort de chacun.
