The newly renovated, comfortable approx. 75 sqm 3 *** - apartment in the district of Ziegelwies with balcony, is equipped with a spacious living and dining room with flat screen TV, DVD player, mini hi-fi system and WiFi internet. 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: a double bed, bedroom 2: two single beds), additional cot possible on request, kitchen with dining area, incl. Clean, well-accommodated apartment in an accessible location

Our family of 4 stayed 2 nights at this apartment, and it was excellent. The kitchen is new & well-accommodated with cookware, utensils, etc. All aspects of it are clean and comfortable. It's location is also quite good, with quick, easy car access to the local sights. Finally, Sylvia and her husband were responsive and helpful to all our inquiries. The internet access was a little unwieldy, requiring us to sign-in after every 30 minutes. However, it worked effectively and quickly.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser gemütlichen, geräumigen und perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung und konnten sehr gut entspannen. Die Lage ist ideal um mit Hunden vieles zu Fuß erledigen zu können, das Wäldchen vor der Tür und der nahegelegene Lechfall, aber auch die schönen Wanderwege im angrenzenden Wald Richtung der Schlösser sind perfekte Voraussetzungen. Die Füssener Innenstadt mit tollen Restaurants ist nur 15 bis 20 Minuten entfernt, ein kleiner MPreis ist direkt hinter der österreichischen Grenze in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung empfanden wir als sehr gemütlich, wir haben gerne auf dem Sofa gelegen oder im Lesesessel gesessen und die in Füssen erstanden Bücher gelesen. Die Badewanne bot wärmende Entspannung nach langen Winterspaziergängen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wurde aber wenig benutzt, wir waren ja schließlich im Urlaub. Im großen Bett haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Die Nähe zu Österreich bietet weitere Ausflugsziele. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir kamen in eine super saubere liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, wo die Vermieterin selbst Hand anlegt. Sauberkeit wir wie es von zu Hause gewohnt sind. Man kann barfuß laufen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, eas man braucht. Es fehlte an nichts.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, herzliche Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung war noch größer und schöner als von den Bildern angenommen. Gut ausgestattete Küche, gemütliches Wohnzimmer und zwei große Schlafzimmer. Am besten aber ist, dass der Wald quasi direkt hinterm Haus beginnt - man ist beim gemütlichen Wandern in 45 Minuten am Alpsee und in weniger als 1,5 Stunden am Schloss Neuschwanstein. Auch für unseren Hund super. Kleine Einschränkung, die für uns aber keinen Abbruch getan hat: Der Bus vor der Tür fährt nur ein paar Mal am Tag, wer kein Auto hat, muss also meist in die Stadt laufen - dorthin führt aber auch ein schöner Weg am Lech entlang. Außerdem hat uns Frau Osterried nach Ankunft mit ihrem Auto am Bahnhof abgeholt und uns angeboten, uns auch zur Abreise zurückzubringen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Eine Woche Urlaub

Schöne Wohnung in Grenznähe unmittelbar zu Österreich . Im Ortsteil "Ziegelwies", somit nicht direkt in Füssen und abseits des Toutistentubels. Sehr netter & problemloser, hilfsbereiter Vermieterkontakt (persönlich wie auch telefonsich)! In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Somit meine Empfehlung!

Wanderurlaub im Allgäu 2024

Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten geboten, die wir uns nur wünschen konnten. Auch die Gastgeberin Silivia war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns bei der Schlüsselübergabe gleich auch noch einige Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben, sowie eine Mappe mit vielen verschiedenen Ausflugszielen bereitgestellt. Besonders hervorzuheben für uns war die fantastische Lage der Wohnung. Direkt von der Haustür aus konnte man kleinere und größere Wandertouren starten. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt von Füssen und in 1 bis 1 1/2 Stunden schafft man es mit einem schönen Waldspaziergang auch zu den Schlössern Hohenschwangau und Neuschwanstein. Da man etwas abseits von Füssen ist, war es auch sehr stressfrei zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit (über die Grenze in Tirol) zu kommen oder auch zu den naheliegenden Bergen für längere Wanderungen. Vielen Dank für tolle Zeit im schönen Allgäu, Andrea & Florian

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit unserem Dackel Paul und es hat alles gepasst. Wir konnten sofort in den Wald und die Altstadt von Füssen war zu Fuß auch sehr gut erreichbar. Bei den schönen Seen in der Umgebung von Füssen war es auch nur eine kurze Autofahrt. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin Frau Osterried und ich würde gerne im nächsten Jahr nochmal wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Lage

Die Wohnung liegt direkt dem Walderlebniszentrum gegenüber, was meinem Sohn super gefallen hat. Hinterm Haus kann man schon los wandern. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Nur das Internet hätte noch etwas besser sein können.

Urlaub in Füssen

Wir sind von einer top Wohnung empfangen worden. Alles war super vorbereitet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles da was man braucht. Die Tankstelle unter der Wohnung war gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nachts war absolute Ruhe. Selbst den hübschen Balkon haben wir jeden Abend genossen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und vor allem viel erlebt. Fam. Osterried war mega freundlich und entgegen kommend. Von uns gibt es 100 Punkte für diese Wohnung.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der geräumigen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sind auf Anfrage hilfsbereit und stehen für Fragen zur Umgebung, touristische Infos etc. gerne zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage. In der direkten fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es tolle Ausflugsziele besonders mit Kindern, sowie den schönen Waldspielplatz und Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustüre. Vielen Dank für die erholsamen Ferien!
