We propose you to rent, on the commune of Cancale, this charming house in which is the lodging of Cormorandière of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 320 m². Free Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation accessible through a private entrance is composed as follows:

On the first floor:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa, armchair and a dining area that can accommodate 4 guests.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with filter...
- Separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2 : two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of 320 m² not closed and shared with the other cottages.
- A private terrace of 14 m² facing North with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The gite is ideally located in Cancale, elected as a remarkable site of taste and famous for its oysters and shellfish, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, bars, market...

- Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes at 7 min by car : Intermarché with gas station, bakeries, tobacco, post office, florist.
