If you do not print, Beach Repro by Winn-Dixie will print for $5. There is also a UPS and Office Depot on Panama City Beach Parkway. However, this is not recommended to rely on as they are not open on the weekends or evenings.

Starter Sets:
For your convenience starter sets of mini-toiletries, roll of paper towels, and toilet tissue will be provided. This is not restocked.

Towels & Linens:
One bath towel and wash cloth per per person. Please utilize washer and dryer. Beach towels not provided. Do no take white towels to beach.

Rental Agreement Required
Upon booking we will send you a Rental Agreement for e-signature.

Security systems/cameras:
For the security of our guests and condo, we have external security cameras.

ID and Selfie Required
Upon booking, we will be requesting a copy of your driver's license and a selfie holding it. While tedious, this step critical to protect both us and you from fraud.

Great condo for family gatherings!

As advertised. Clean, everything worked good. Close to good restaurants. Unique layout of the condo that allows up to 10 people comfortably in living area. Family staying nearby visited us and we had plenty of room to socialize. Would rent this one again!

This property was just as pictured! It was spacious for our entire group, 6 adults and 2 kids. Everyone really enjoyed their time here and I sure we will be planning return trips.

Family Vacation

Great location. The small complex meant the beach was not very crowded. The condo was spacious enough for all of us to have enough room to hang out with out being on top of each other. We are hoping to get the same condo next summer for our next family vacation.

Delightful!

Once again we found this property to suit us just fine. The location is perfect, the beach is perfect, the pool area is fine. This unit is clean, outfitted with everything we need from kitchen gadgets and utensils to beach towels and chairs. We will be here again!

Amazing

The condo was very clean. No sand on the floor. The mattresses were actually very comfortable. One bedroom was missing a remote but the owner got that taken care of immediately. Smaller resort, not crowded. We enjoyed it very much. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo with plenty of room. Elevators were out of order several times throughout the week for repairs which was inconvenient but out of the hands of the property managers. Loved having the chairs and umbrella at the beach all week.

Clean and great location!

Property was super clean. Great location! It was right across the street from Winn-Dixie. The only drawback was only one parking pass was allowed for our stay. Very inconvenient when my family and kids and my sister's family and kids needed to go anywhere. She had to park her car at another location.

Ample space for 9

We love this end of the beach, much less crowds and traffic. Aquavista 706w was just right for our group of 9 with ample space, comfortable beds and seating and a great view. We didn’t cook in the condo this trip but the kitchen is perfect for those that do. Would book agin, zero issues. One note- they warn when booking that the parking deck has a 7ft height restriction, but there are plenty of spots outside the deck if you have a taller truck like I drive.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

The room was nice and as described. The cleaning crew was still there cleaning when we arrived and was not ready to allow check-in until almost 4:30. The location was good, but the parking is VERY tight. Full-Size trucks were a tight fit. The only real complaint and it was very everyone in our party and that was the beds. They were not comfortable at all. We would book here again if the beds get changed out. Thanks.

Girls Trip

This place was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. It was one of the most cleanest places we stayed at. Very spacious. Accessibility was very easy. The only down side is I wish they would have allowed early access once the room was cleaned. We had to burn 4 hours to wait to get in the room. Also we had a caravan of three vehicles and we could only park two (which I totally understand, parking was very limited). Wish they had some kind of agreement with Winn Dixie across the street where we could have parked there rather then find a park & pay 20 minutes away. Other then that it was great. Can't wait to come back again. 😃

Good Stay

I’ll say our stay didn’t start well. We got there and had not received a code to get into the condo but after a phone call that was straightened out. We stayed on the seventh floor and both elevators were out so dragging everything up those flights was an arduous task however one of them was fixed the next day. The hot tub was out of service for those that care, which we did not. The condo was very nice and obviously had an amazing view. I will say I think the best part of the condo was that the beach in front of it was probably the least busy when looking up and down the beach. That was pleasant. Besides a couple small hiccups, uncontrollable by the condo owner, we would absolutely stay here again.

Family Vacation 2021

The property was very nice. There are a few things that need updating. The elevators, most of the time 1 didn’t work. The key pad for the beach gate, it only took 3 of the 4 #’s and didn’t work most of the time. The master bathroom, the sink didn’t drain fast and the tub in the other bathroom didn’t drain fast. You were standing in ankle deep water for most of your shower. We managed but it does need to be fixed. Our overall experience was great. We would definitely rent again.

Gem on the beach

My family and I loved our stay here. The place was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the waves crash to the shore. The beach was not crowded at all because of it being a private beach. (No public access) The beaches to the left and right of us were both crowded but not here. I read some reviews of people complaining because of the access codes that you have to use to get to the beach and pool area but that is what makes it so private. Only a couple of minutes drive to Pier Park. The hot tub was out of service for the first 4 days of our trip but it was back up and running for the second half of the trip and we was able to enjoy that along with the clean pool. The unit had most of what we needed to cook meals. The only thing it didn’t have was salt and pepper shakers which we was able to walk across the street to the Winn Dixie and get. We will definitely be back.

Amazing condo for family Spring Break!

We rented the condo for our 2022 Spring Break getaway. We loved the condo and Panama City Beach. We will rent the unit again! My kids commented that it was the best vacation they've ever taken! The condo is newly remodeled and nicely decorated. And, it's clean, nice, and spacious. The ocean views are excellent, with two balconies facing the water. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfy, there is a lot of space to move around, and each night we could relax and hang out in the big living room. The beach was beautiful and relaxing. Because the condo had a great stretch of beach, we really enjoyed it without being on top of other guests, whereas other beaches in Panama City were busy and packed. Chair service was available at the beach each day, which we enjoyed! We used the pool a few times which was very clean and nice to use when the ocean water was too rough. There were a lot of things to do in Panama City, and the condo was in a great spot to easily get to Pier Park, restaurants, and other activities. I would recommend renting this condo if you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and convenient stay in Panama City Beach! Enjoy!!

Property could have used a little bit more time in cleaning. We found some left over items from previous renters. And floors need some attention, carpet nails coming up that we kept stepping on. Other than that we had a great time and didn’t let these issues ruin our vacation!
