A spacious terrace will allow you to take your meals outdoors, so you can fully enjoy a relaxing setting and a view of the marina and the lake of Salses Leucate. To park, you will have a private square on the large parking lot located behind the residence.As part of your rental, you will have: An aquatic area with 3 pools, a swimming pool of 25m, a 15m basin where you can practice aquagym and aqua-bike during the summer season and to finish a water play area for the little ones.The swimming pool is open from April to October, it is free for all our tenants on presentation of a bracelet that is handed to you upon arrivalvarious sports fields: multisports field, basketball, tennis courts, petanque courts and half a grassed football field.and for fitness or more physical work, an outdoor fitness area NON-ACCEPTED ANIMALSA cleaning deposit of 50€ is required in addition to the main deposit.
