PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

This was a great place for our family of four to stay. We had tons of space, all the amenities we needed, and it's in walking distance to Poipu Beach, which was incredible. The property is right next to a small (but nice) pool, but if you stay here, you actually have access to another larger pool as well. Really appreciated the air conditioning!

The condo didn’t disappoint! Great location - within walking of the Grand Hyatt and Shipwreck beach. And also we’re able to walk to Poipu beach area for dinners. Loved all the beach supplies - chairs, umbrellas, coolers and best of all the wagon!!

Great place in great location

We loved our stay here. There were five adults so we appreciated the layout with three full bathrooms. The kitchen and common areas were spacious and well furnished. The location is fantastic, short walking distance to several Poipu area beaches, as well as shops and restaurants. The owner was great to work with, lots of early communication and very accomodating. Overall we could not have been happier with our choice.

Perfect South Shore Location

We enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo with its proximity to Shipwrecks and Poipu beaches. We took one of two footpaths and arrived at one of these beautiful beaches in just a few minutes. The condo fit our group of 5 comfortably and we appreciated the extra touches such as the board games, all the beach gear we needed, and the washer and dryer. The assigned parking space was also nice to have.

Nice condo with all the amenities included

My sisters, daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this property early this month. The condo was clean and well- appointed. My only complaint were the the two single beds in one of the bedrooms. They were far too small and wobbly since they were attached to a bamboo headboard. I would suggest replacing these with larger twin sized mattresses. The kitchen had everything you need including a beautiful newish microwave and oven!

Fabulous Stay!

We stayed here with the family 5, ranging from 5yrs old to 65yrs old. It exceeded all of our expectations. The property is clean, the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has really well-maintained cooking utensils (stainless steel and cast iron pans!). Nice coffee/tea cups, wine classes and also glass containers for left-overs. AC is a huge plus! It’s about 5 min. walk to Breneck’s beach and about 10 min. to Poipu, very close. The place has all the beach necessities one might need. Access to pool was great too for the kids who wanted to also swim in the evening after a full day of beach and exploring the island. Also great games for the family evening. All in all, would come back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Kauai condo with full A/C

Our stay met every expectation! This condo was spacious and clean. Supplies included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom; 6 beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards and toys. In the kitchen there are all kitchen tools you would need to make anything you want. There were coffee filters for the week and starter coffee and tea provided. Plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and plastic containers for leftovers. There was laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent, and cleaning supplies as well. The condo is in a quiet, safe location near the poipu/Koloa area. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Condo (Regency at Poipu Kai)

This condo was super nice and comfortable. This was a working trip for our group. My co-workers and I looked forward to the end of the days and coming back and relaxing in this unit. Having central AC was worth the rental. This unit exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Mahalo to the Parrish Collection Kauai!

Great location

Our stay at this property was fantastic. It was great being able to take a short walk to the beach. Brennekes and shipwreck beaches are within easy walking distance and really fun. The boogie boards and folding chairs already in the condo made going to the beach really fun. The tennis facility was great as well. Wish I didn’t have to pay $10 per person per day to play, but not so cost prohibitive that I wouldn’t do it again. Having central air conditioning to cool off at the end of the day was so fantastic. The room slept 6 adults no problem. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. I highly recommend staying at this location.

This property is centrally located to the beach, retaurants, walking paths and is gorgeous. Our apartment was spectacular, large, modern, clean and so well equipped for a vacation stay!!!! Definitely stay here with no hesitation.
