Apartment located on the top floor without a lift in the Cristallines residence in Le Lioran, it has a bedroom with a double bed in 140x190 and a mountain corner with bunk beds in 90x190, this accommodation is suitable for 6 people.

50 m² comfortable and fully equipped accommodation, located at the foot of the ski slopes, with a mountain view.

You will be in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Natural Park. The location of this residence allows access to ski slopes and hiking trails.

You will have at your disposal a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee maker, a fridge, an oven, a microwave and a toaster, dishwasher, fondue and raclette appliances available.

In the living room, there is a sofa bed in 140x190, a television, as well as access to a balcony allowing you to enjoy an unobstructed view of the resort and to sunbathe during beautiful sunny days.

A washing machine is available in this accommodation.

Le logement est telle la description. Une superbe vue sur le Lioran.Ce que j'aime, le côté "on est comme chez nous", il y a sur place du sel, de l'huile si on a oublié d'en prendre, des jeux de cartes, la télé... L'espace de vie est assez grand, la chambre également nous y avons mis un lit bébé pour notre dernière plutôt qu'un enfant soit sur le canapé, ainsi il est resté en canapé et non en lit pendant le séjour. Ce que je n'ai pas aimé, le matelas, trop trop mou de la chambre, et la moquette au sol.Par contre, en effet, la vue imprenable il faut la mériter. Soit vous prenez la voiture pour descendre au Lioran et remonter. Soit vous passez le long d'une piste qui descend, mais là il faut monter monter. Au début du séjour la piste était complètement enneigée du coup nous devions passer sur le côté et traverser la rue (passante!) pour accéder aux marches. Puis la neige ayant fondue nous avons pu passer sur le pont le long de la piste. Après il y a des marches en bois pour monter aux Christallines puis une pente à travers bois. On arrive au -4. Le local à skis est au -1 (pas facile de monter et descendre avec les chaussures et les enfants sur 3 niveaux) et le logement au 3 donc 7 étages à monter, soit 116 marches, faut être en bonne condition physique. Mais ça se fait! Bon séjour dans le T2, toute la famille est ravie, et la vue nous a même permis de voir la descente aux flambeaux et le feu d'artifice du salon au chaud!

Aucun problème pour l'accueil très bien.Par contre appartement un peu vieillot avec de la moquette partout...quand à la plaque pour cuisiner, elle est d'un autre temps.Sinon, bon emplacement avec une belle vue sur la station et place de parking.

L'accueil du dirigeant de l'agence Concedio qui a pris dont temps de nous présenter le logement et les possibilités d'excursions malgré notre arrivée tardive. L'emplacement du logement avec: - une vue magnifique sur le Plomb du Cantal entre autres - la possibilité d'aller à pied se ravitailler dans la galerie marchande - la facilité pour se garer - le calme lié au fait que la résidence est un peu en retrait

Pour ceux qui ont de bonnes jambes

Logement situé au 4è étage sans ascenseur (70 marches) si vous arrivez en voiture et 8è étage sans ascenseur (126 marches) si vous revenez à pied de la station (après une cinquantaine de marches sur le chemin. Aucune mention de cela dans le descriptif. L'appartement est sous le toit, vue effectivement imprenable sur la station du Lioran.Equipement de la cuisine obsolète: plaques électriques hors d'age, grande poëlle gondolée.Literie correcte. Pas de WiFi, signal 4G heureusement maximum.

Nous avons passé un weekend excellent au Lioran dans cet appartement parfait, grand, bien placé. Très contents de ce séjour en famille.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement !

Appartement bien agencé et suffisamment grand pour 2 adultes et 3 enfant. Présence d’un dégagement (grande entrée à l’étage inférieur) pour mettre les chaussures, les manteaux, les casques…Bien utile ! Superbe vue sur les montagnes et la station. Bon emplacement même si un peu difficile d’accès en ski quand peu de neige (et donc plus compliqué avec des petits enfants). Mais globalement c’est assez proche de tout. Manquent certains équipements comme une planche à découper, un économe, une bouilloire et un appareil à raclette aurait été top (il était indiqué mais non présent, très dommage).

Logement agréable

Superbe vue de la station. Logt bien agencé et calme hors saison ! Bonne literie. Courses faites à pied. Pour notre cas c était bien. Peut être une planche pour couper le saucisson et une crépiere.
