Ideal family 4-5 pers, very well located in a quiet condominium 900m from the sea and at the entrance of the forest, cycle paths nearby to reach the beach of Vert-Bois (one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, very popular with surfers), the shops and the port of La Cotinière.<br>This house consists of:<br>- entrance with cupboard and laundry room (washing machine and drying rack)<br>- living room, with equipped kitchen (oven, hood, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer part, dishwasher, crockery etc) and relaxation area (2 rattan armchairs)<br>- living room with 2 single beds, used as a bedroom thanks to its closure (sliding doors), TV<br>-floor: 1 double bed and a BZ<br>- 60m2 secure courtyard (lockable gate) with garden furniture, deckchairs, awning and barbecue for convivial moments<br>- small equipment: iron, children's surfboards, fishing equipment, board games, high chair and cot...<br>=> home made clean with dishes washed and put away (the 40e of cleaning charged is for a more advanced cleaning, disinfection, bed preparation...)<br><br>ATTENTION: our house is likely to accommodate dogs; despite all the vigilance taken in the cleaning, it is not recommended for allergy sufferers to rent our accommodation. Dogs are under the responsibility of their owners: it is therefore necessary to respect the area by picking up droppings, in the yard as well as in the common areas...

Très beau cadre

Belle petite maison avec terrasse , Bbq, un cadre magnifique et pratique avec les chien. Plage á 10 min, belle randonnées. Idéale pr enfts il y a des jeux de sociétés télé, enfin il y a tout. Le prtit bémol les escaliers pour atteindre la chambre un peu casse pipe mais ça va.les huitres excellentes, plateau de fruit de mer excellent. La petite boulangerie l'ile au gourmand du village excellente et personnel sympatique. Très beau séjours même si j ai pas vu le père Fouras qd j'y ss allée lol.erci aux hôtes

Belle petite maison proche à la plage

Nous avons eu un bon séjour dans la petite maison. La communication avec les propriétaires était excellante. Pour une famille avec 4 personnes parfait. Pour ceux qui cherche le calme absolu: Il faut savoir que la rue passe derrière le petit jardin et il y a pas mal de voitures et motos même pendant la nuit.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit komfortabler Ausstattung

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind in direkter Umgebung verfügbar. Man kann super Fahrradfahren und der Strand liegt quasi vor der Haustür. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist super usgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Einzig der CheckIn war etwas problematisch, weil die bei FeWo-direkt.de angegeben Adresse falsch ist. Tatsächlich befindet sich das Haus entgegen dem Inserat hier: 9-13 Rue du Calvaire, 17550 Dolus-d'Oléron, Frankreich Wir sind ingesamt sehr zufreiden gewesen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Très exigeant voire regardant, mais peu respectueux des lieux au final, Philippe ne semble pas trouver satisfaction dans ce type de location. Un hôtel 5 étoiles semblerait plus indiqué et je l'invite à prospecter dès maintenant pour ses prochaines vacances...
