We loved this neighborhood

The location was great for us, near relatives we were visiting. Also near a beautiful forested park where we enjoyed a family walk. Clean, quiet, comfortable with a large private back yard and a deck where we enjoyed the beautiful trees and birds while having our morning coffee. Would stay here again!

Charlotte Stay

The home was conveniently located for us, and it was clean. The decor was very basic, and the cable was troubled in the living room when we were there. If you are looking for a no frills, clean place, you'd be happy here. Check in and access were easy.

Went to visit ya friend had a relaxing time found some cute coffee shops and shopping the place was nice and affordable only complaints the water was not hot enough and the bath rugs were not clean

I would recommend this place!

This was a nice spacious house for me , my parents and kids , the only concern is that is only one bathroom for a big group is a little uncomfortable but other than that the we have a good time family came over for a little gathering and there was not complaint of course we were doing the right thing with moderation, respect and keep it clean... Thanks for open the door of your house for us

Great place

The whole experience was great. If I had one complaint. It would be no cable access in the living room. Only in the one bedroom. Very limited selection of what to watch in tv after a long day out and about. All that was offered in the living room was tv Via an HDTV antenna. Very antiquated. Other than our stay was great.

When we arrived, the house had a strong odor, and the furniture—particularly the couches and dining table—was very old and worn. The bedding and towels were also extremely old, dingy, and appeared unclean. We even had to purchase our own sheets and towels to feel comfortable. The pillows were soiled, and overall, the furnishings were in poor condition—nothing like what was shown online.While the shower, refrigerator, stove, and microwave were functional, the general state of the home made our stay unpleasant and disappointing. I reached out immediately after check-in to express these concerns, but unfortunately, we never received a response.

Unit has dated since pictures posted; unit in need of deep clean. Very musty smell at check in, had to open windows and turn fan on to circulate the air.Curtains were closed, when pulled open, greeted with a large spider and webs.Could not use rear deck furniture, due to mold and mildew..cushions left out in weather. Kitchen/appliances in need of cleaning - no plunger to push down toaster. Furnace filter covered in dust, as well as vent covering.Mold in bathroom shower and ceiling.

Abandon house turn to vacation rental

As soon as we entered the toxic smell of the plug ins were nauseating. The furniture and dwelling was so old it looked like an abandoned home turned vacation rental. The bedding was old and dingy pillows old with no pillow covering. The mold in the shower was layers deep and the bathroom was not clean. In one of the bedrooms above the closet was a bag of dog food and other trash items. In the same room the bed was a cot on platforms. The other room the ceiling fan sounded like an airplane. It was so loud. We spent an hour the drop off our luggage then to go out to dinner. We came back from dinner packed our bags a vacated. I contacted Jami the contact for the home. The only solution she had to offer was for someone to clean the mold in the future. Was not given a specific time. After several text messages to Jami she completely blew us off and ignored my concerns. We were left to fend for ourselves late that night I DO NOT recommend this house to rent to anyone. This home should be condemned.
