Manatee Lookout was very enjoyable!

Manatee Lookout was very enjoyable, the location, the cleanliness, and the size for our crew of 8. The beds were very comfortable, so much so, we all wanted mattresses like these at home. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs, maybe just need more silverware. The walk to the beach was very convenient even with 2 kids.

Excellent Home!

Check-in was flawless, questions and suggestions about restaurants on the island were answered promptly The home was as described, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, which was clean and warm and the short walk to the beach. Thank you for a wonderful getaway and our first time on Ana Maria Island.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Highlights were the close walk to the beach, plenty of space and parking, and clean home with very comfortable bedding. The property management group communication was thorough and timely. There is one recommendation I would love to give regarding the kitchen and if the property management group reaches out, I’ll be happy to share. Overall, we had an excellent stay!

Great Stay!

I stayed at Manatee Lookout with three of my friends in October 2025. We absolutely loved the island as we had never been. I am so glad I had picked this location as we loved how it was quiet but we could still walk to Pine Street. The beach was less than five minutes, and the house was on a canal where we saw manatees. The house was perfect for four people. We will definitely go back and I would love to stay in this house again.

Check in was super easy. Kitchen was nice but cookware was usable but only non stick pan was pretty beat up. Overall it was pretty nice. Plenty of dishes for everyone.

This was a great property for our family. The location is awesome, with a short walk to Bean Point beach and not having to struggle to find a parking place near the beach. The pool was a nice respite around 3pm, when the corner of the pool started to get afternoon shade. Pine Street also very close, making the morning coffee run to North Shore Cafe easy. True to it's name, we did see manatees right off the little dock that overlooks the canal.

Our second time at Manatee Lookout

We LOVED staying at Manatee Lookout again this year, when we visited our daughter for Parents' Weekend. It is the perfect house -- quick walk to the beach, lovely pool, manatees to watch every morning from the rocking chairs on the canal. Quiet, peaceful property, well maintained and well located for both easy access to shops and restaurants and a homey stay.

Perfect for our fanily

This place was great. There were small things around the house that need minor maintenance but overall the property was great. We loved the private pool and the ability to all have our own bathroom. We would definitely book this property again.

Memorable Holiday!

Seabreeze vacations enabled my family and I to have a most enjoyable, memorable and relaxing holiday. The property was perfect for us, including our twin seven year old boys. We even heard the manatee off the private dock one evening, splashing in the water! We would love to return one day.

Manatees, Comfortable beds and dinners by the patio!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The highlight of our trip was to be able to walk to the back of the property and look for Manatees off the dock. We had a family of 6 staying with plenty of room, plenty of linen, and amenities. The beds were comfortable and we loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom attached. Dinner on the Patio every night was enjoyable and the walk to the beach was super quick and easy to catch those sunsets.

We will be coming back!

Manatee Lookout location was perfect, water access for fishing and kayaking, close to all the action of Pine St. A few blocks to the best beach on AMI. If you can get this property, do it. The communications and customer service was the best we have experienced in AMI. We will be coming back!
