Relax at the property while enjoying the great outdoors on your private deck, providing a barbeque, dining table, and outdoor fireplace, or relax down by the firepit! Inside, spread out and unwind between 3 levels of living space with all the modern comforts.

The ground level is mostly above grade and includes a bedroom, family room, and a full bath. With a pool table, air hockey, dart board, and dry bar, the family room doubles as a game room - the perfect spot to end your night!

The second level includes a living room, wood fireplace (wood included!), fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom and bath, and a half bath.

On the third floor you'll find three bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry room.

The Master Bedroom, Paris Room, Green Room, Office, Family Room, and even the Master Bath each include a Smart TV with many streaming accounts included (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO, and more). Many other streaming services are available with your own accounts as well.

The Neighborhood:
The Hideout is a 4-seasons community offering a ski slope and tubing hill, 5 lakes, golf course, beach, pool, recreation center, arts and crafts, private restaurants and bar, clubhouse, fitness center, playgrounds, and more, all within this private community.

Getting Around:
There is plenty to do in the Hideout, but if you would like to explore, there is year-round fun available at Kalahari and Camelback Indoor and Outdoor Water Parks and Mount Airy Casino. There are a number of ski lodges in the area, and if you drive about an hour there is fantastic discount shopping at The Crossing Outlets. For a day trip: head to New York City (2 hours drive) or Philadelphia (2.5 hours).

Other Things to Note:
The Hideout requires each renter to provide us with a listing of all overnight occupants and any day guests and their ages and relationship to the primary renter. This information must be provided within 48 hours of booking (or less for last minute bookings), so that we may register you with the Hideout. The Hideout does NOT allow renters to fill out their own registration form, the owners must submit it for you. This is the reason we must collect this information and it is not used for any other purpose.
Note: We have a large indoor jacuzzi hot tub (as pictured), not an outdoor hot tub.

DISCOUNTS: We offer discounts on nightly fees for longer stays:
10% off the first week/7 nights
25% off the second consecutive week = 12.5% off your full 2-week stay
+50% off the third consecutive week = 25% off your full 3-week stay
+75% off the fourth consecutive week = 37.5% off your full 4-week stay
