This place easily accommodates 10 people. Lots of space. Checking in and out was slick and easy. Extra supplies in the kitchen for what we needed. Charming house that was fun to stay in. I would stay here again.
Really nice and spacious cottage house. Well equipped with everything you need and the house was very clean. Very friendly owners, always quick to respond, and they also gave some nice tips on things to do. Well located (approx half hour drive) from Bryce Canyon, and some other beautiful things closer by (we visited the animal sanctuary and the Peek-a-boo slot canyon).
Great place to stay. Close to everything - Bryce, Red Canyon, Escalante, Cedar Breaks, and the massive Dixie National Forest. All the bedrooms are nice and the living spaces accommodate everyone comfortably. Back porch with a picnic table and grill was a great place to chill out after full days of hiking. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed for 6 of us over a full week's stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
This was a great location for us to be based for our trips into Bryce National Park! The house had lots of room and all services (ie grocery) were within walking distance.
Here for a family reunion. The chicken lights parade was last night Always fun. The house was clean and decorated so cute! Everything we needed was there. Fun place to stay
Old house beautifully remodeled on the inside but still has many of the original features. Well stocked. Would recommend this to any family or group to rent.
We loved the location of this house (convenient to downtown Panguitch and to Bryce Canyon). It was well stocked with many extras and the host was very helpful. It would have been nice to have a shelf or countertop in the main bathroom, but not a big deal. We definitely would stay here again.
The house was wonderful.... Everything was so organized and beautifully decorated. We loved the signs everywhere. It made it easy to live in the house. We loved the large table in the dining room We filled it with sewing machines. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your house. We would love a return visit
The house is charming and provides the comforts of home including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and ample heating for cold winter days. We had great communication with the host and check-in was easy. Of course one of the best features is close proximity to Bryce Canyon which was stunning in the snow. We also enjoyed Kodachrome Basin State Park. Panguitch is a small town but you can find what you need. I highly recommend this property.
Fabulous! Everything about it! We came down with the Rubber Side Down Side by Side group and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect as far as accessing the rides we were going on!
I would highly recommend staying here
We enjoyed staying here while visiting Bryce national park. It was very clean and bigger than we expected. It had a well stocked kitchen and you’re able to do all of your own food. Fast Wi-Fi and lots of blankets. No AC, but it was far from needed in May. Would recommend.

Thanks for the great review. We are so glad you enjoyed the home. The AC window units have yet to be installed for the summer season. Panguitch stays pretty cool through May. They also built those old pioneer homes with pretty thick walls so even during the hottest time of the year, the downstairs will stay cool. Hope to see you back sometime.
This charming cottage served as a perfect home base for our hiking to Bryce Canyon and our large family. It had indoor and outdoor spaces. It was close to all of the activity in the small town. Our host were very responsive, and it was stocked with so many essentials that most of vrbos are not stocked with, especially the kitchen and laundry room. If you love farm house and mountain towns, this place is perfect!
This property was stunning! I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. Look no further and do yourself a favor and pick this one! From the second I opened the door my jaw dropped. So cozy, beautifully decorated, all the comforts of home, in a cute town and just adorable. Wonderful historic home. So roomy and wonderful. The host was amazing and very polite and nice to speak and plan with. Will remember this place for sure when we come back!
Beautiful home and great location. The only thing is it was pretty hot downstairs during the day, as there is only ac units upstairs. Cleaner claimed we broke a lamp that we never touched. Owner did resolve the problem. Overall we had a great time.

The home is super insulated on the bottom and as long as the doors are not constantly open the home stays cool. The pioneers knew how to build those homes.
