We had the best 4 day stay. The house and area was very nice. The view of the lake was exactly as the pictures showed. The weather was perfect, and the sunsets were gorgeous. Looking forward to coming back again in the future.
We had a great time. The owner was wonderful when it came to communication and making sure everything was perfect when we arrived. We would def stay there again.
We stayed 11/7-11/11. House was lovely. Views and sunsets were awe inspiring. We tried our hand at Lake fishing and visited the state park and casino. Neighbors were friendly. Never knew this little slice of heaven was nestled in Texas!
This place was perfect for our little couple's weekend getaway. Peaceful neighborhood, beautiful sunsets, and fun fishing! The owner was a wonderful communicator and was available at anytime with any questions we had. We hope to be back again!
Our "Girls Getaway" was wonderful! The house was beautiful, comfortable and everything we hoped it would be and as the pictures displayed. We are all retired and truly enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing and laid back tranquility of the lake sitting outside early mornings with coffee and watching the birds to evenings watching the beautiful sunsets! We will certainly be back! Our hosts were great also and readily available! Thanks !Linda B.
A must stay if you're going to lake Livingston. This house is so peaceful and inviting. The neighborhood is well maintained as well. Our hosts are wonderful as well. The only thing I could say that I didn't like is that we had to leave.
This was our second time to rent this house and it was just as good the second time around. The only change was that we caught more fish from the dock this time! The property is exactly as described and is in very good condition. The furnishings are nice and there is plenty of room for everyone to either be in the same space or to have a little bit of space to themselves. We especially enjoyed seeing the lake from comfortable seating inside the house or from the covered back deck.
Everything was perfect. The house was clean and WELL stocked. Only thing that I would say is that it needs to be mention that it is a two story home. Other than that we lloved it.
Our stay at this VRBO on Lake Livingston was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host takes great pride in creating a relaxing and memorable experience for guests. Mike was incredibly friendly, and all of his communication leading up to our stay was extremely helpful — we never even had to contact him during our trip because everything was so clear and well-prepared.What really stood out were the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the beds were extremely comfortable, and the extra amenities made our stay feel luxurious. We especially appreciated the peaceful outdoor spaces, perfect for morning coffee, fishing, or just unwinding by the water. The location is ideal for families. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the easy access to the lake, and the spacious layout that allowed everyone to relax and spread out. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at home.Overall, this VRBO exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a serene, well-maintained, and host-friendly getaway on Lake Livingston, look no further. We can’t wait to come back!

Tina and her group were great guests. They treated the home as if it was their own. Every VRBO Owner's dream.
My family stayed at this property on Lake Livingston while visiting my elderly mother in Livingston. It was the perfect place for a family reunion. The property is spacious and well appointed upstairs and downstairs. The hosts were accomodating and helpful.
The kitchen is huge and well lit. The bathrooms are clean and modern with beautiful showers. Beds were super comfortable. There is a sitting room upstairs with TV as well as lovely living room. The heaters kept us cozy and warm in all rooms.
The garage features a ping pong table and dart board which we used avidly. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
Very nice relaxing place to get away and enjoy a lake view. Everything you need is available in this house. Will be going back. Host is very nice and helpful.
LOVE this place!!
Goods:
Nice location good communication with owner. Clean house and plenty of room.
Bads:
-If a cleaning fee is reqd I should not have to remove sheets and take them to the laundry or take out trash. VRBO fees are ridiculous to begin with, use the money and clean your own house.
-The chore list trend of these rentals is a put- off. If a hotel doesn’t ask me to do something you shouldn’t.
-Chore lists are not hospitable.
-Left boat trailer at ramp overnight out of the way and apparently that wasn’t allowed. No posted signs. If you have rules regarding the use of a amenity those need to be clear. No better way to ruin your relaxing lake day than texts from your host freaking out over something that isn’t inconveniencing anyone or preventing another from utilizing the ramp.
