Upon entering the house, you will arrive in the living room, dining room of 42 M2. This room is open to a large kitchen of 30 M2.
Also on the ground floor, you will find a large dressing room also serving as an office for 20 M2 and a toilet, laundry room and beautiful bathroom (Italian shower)

Upstairs,
You arrive on a mezzanine with a sofa bed (sleeping width 120 cm) opening onto a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and also opening onto 2 other bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and one with a 90 cm single bed.
There is also a small bathroom (shower) and toilet.
And finally, a last bedroom with a 160 cm bed

These different spaces are personalised because we are going to share our daily life with you.

Concerning the Jacuzzi:
It is forbidden to drink or eat in the jacuzzi
It is a 4-seater jacuzzi measuring 2m by 2m
It is mandatory to put the roof back on 2 after each use in order to avoid having different things fall into it (leaves, insects, droppings...) but also to avoid losing heat.
The water will be heated to 37°

Quiet in a dead end
Residential area close to all amenities.
We are a 15 minute walk from the city centre (This is where you can take the TAN which takes you in 20 minutes to the centre of Nantes.
The market is also in the centre and the big market is on Friday morning and a small one is held on Sunday morning.
We are a 3-minute walk from a dirt road to go hiking or running
We are a 10 minute walk from 2 farms where we can buy different seasonal products.
There are beautiful trails near the Gèvres or the Erdre
We are a 20-minute drive from Nantes city centre (15 km)
We are a 45 minute drive to the nearest beach
