WATER SLIDE & POOL ** Sugarcane Hideaway**

This unit has 3 bedroom 2 full baths. The master has a king size bed and on-suite full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen. The 3rd bedroom has single bunk beds, full size on bottom & twin on top. The 2nd bathroom has a great soaking tub full bathroom. There is a BEAUTIFUL community pool with waterslide fun for all ages! This house is a duplex. There are two other properties that have access to the pool as well. You must sign a pool liability waiver if you stay with us that relieves the homeowner of any responsibility of injuries or death that could occur on the property. If the waiver is not completed before the allotted timeframe, the owner is able to cancel your reservation with zero refund and the reservation will be terminated. Please be respectful of all other renting guests, as this is a community pool. Pool hours are from 8AM-10PM. If a noise violation occurs after 10PM renter may be subject to a county police violation fee. There is a private patio with grill and private access to pool. The property is completely fenced in. There is a full U-shaped parking area for this property. Pets are welcome but there is a $50 fee per pet- if the renter does not disclose pets that are coming 24 hrs before check-in, they are subject to $150 per pet fee. Access to the property is contactless. The owner is available through message board or text anytime and has a maintenance worker if any issues were to arise during your stay.

Essentials are provided: Sheets for all beds, bathroom towels, pool/beach towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 pool of paper towels, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 laundry tablets, liquid dish soap, and 1 hand soap per bathroom.

Perfect for our family's Thanksgiving getaway. We really enjoyed the amenities and our private backyard with our private hot tub. We will definitely be back. Pet friendly also. We felt safe and the neighbors we met we great!

Great Family Stay

We had a fantastic stay. Very family friendly! The kitchen was well stocked with any pots and pans needed for family cooking. Shared pool area was lovely, warm and beautifully landscaped. Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay here at the sugarcane hideaway. The location was quiet and convenient for a soccer tournament we were participating in, and the pool was a relaxing oasis after a long hot day on the field!

The whole family loved it!

Perfect place for Spring Break with teens. Also the kitchen is amazing! You have everything that is needed to be able to make anything you want. I definitely plan on booking again!

So Fun For The Kiddos!

There was so much for the kids (and adults) to enjoy. The pool was amazing, the putting green, the hot tub, the rope swings in the tree, a grill on the patio, bunk beds for the kids and a pack-n-play was so convenient. It was all great!

Beautiful Property

The set up for this property is fantastic. The pool area and individual spaces all perfect. We loved setting out by the pool and visiting. Other guests were lovely.The noise level of the people's pets for those staying in the other half of the duplex was not great. The kitchen was not well equipped. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Many projects seemed not quite done. Like the door to the other half of the house nailed shut with a 2 x 4.

Great Location

My family and I stayed at this location for the annual President's Cup HS girls lacrosse tournament held at IMG. It was just perfect. 20 mins from Sarasota airport and 10 mins from IMG. Several beaches within 20 mins drive as well. The pool at the house is perfect for after sports relaxation and fun. The place was clean and affordable. The owners were just a text away and very accommodating for requests. I highly recommend this rental.

Misrepresented

We signed a contract for 9, with 3 bedrooms. There were 2 bedrooms and a cloaet with a bunk bed and hide a Bed under it. We contacted the host the night before about our concerns. We contacted VRBO. At 5 PM we arrived and found a very lumpy pull out couch and a blow up bed in a closet in one of the bedrooms. After more Calls, someone from housekeeping arrived with bedding and towels for our two people with no sheets, towels or blankets

Property was not ok, needed some fumigation as we found two cockroaches in one of the bedrooms and overall needs some maintenance and cleaning. Also wasps in the community pool sting my 3 yrs old daughter and there were people from the neighborhood using the pool. :/

Good weekend getaway

Stayed at the property for a relaxing bachelorette weekend. Property manager was super friendly and easy to communicate with. House was super cute and the pool was awesome! Just a couple issues, nothing major, just wanted to mention. We were not provided additional toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags other than what was already either on the roll or in the waste bins. We had to buy more of those products during our stay. We had 7 girls staying in the house with only 1 closed-in shower, we made it work but that is something to think about if you have a larger group. And it was a very nice upgraded shower, super HOT water! No extra blankets, pillows, or sheets. Only 1 pan/baking sheet to cook with. Not sure if the cleaning crew rushed before we got there, but it definitely wasn’t 100% cleaned. The living room rug was covered with dirt and hair, and at least one of the bedroom vents was covered with clumps of dust, literally. Also the living room rug, posed a tripping hazard, every time someone walked through the front door. So watch out. Other than the somewhat things mentioned, we had a good stay and enjoyed the pool ALOT!

Extremely disappointed!!! Host unprofessional!

We got to the house and opened the door with the code given only to find out there was already people staying in the house we booked. Called Casey over 15 times and he would only answer via text saying they did not know who was staying there and telling us we were probably on the wrong address. We only got a call back after we sent pictures of the house with other people in it. The guest already staying in the house we booked were extremely upset as they had small kids and did not appreciate us walking into it, understandably. Casey finally figured out he gave the address and door code to both guests incorrectly. The guest staying there were supposed to be in one of their other properties. Casey sent us to their mermaid vibes property that the other guests were supposed to be at. The property had a smaller backyard and did not have the private jacuzzi as the other. In one of the bedroom walls there are mice that would scratch the wall and make noises the whole night not allowing my daughter to sleep. All of the house vents are extremely dirty and dusty making us sneeze. The bathroom curtain liner’s also had holes in it and full of mildew. We requested a partial refund knowing the night rate on this house was less than the one we originally booked. Our request was ignored. Casey never once apologize. Their attitude is as if they are doing us a favor by staying at their property even though we are paying guests. I do not recommend staying in any of their properties.

Everything was just perfect! I miss it already… comfy and clean bedrooms, great kitchen and living room, awesome backyard with a free gas grill, not forgetting to mention the amazing pool area with mini golf and a beautiful lawn! Congrats to the owners!

My husband & I took our kids for a getaway & we couldn’t have been more pleased!! The house was so spacious & clean. It was the perfect home away from home for our us & the kids enjoyed the pool more than they did going to the beach. Would highly recommend!!

Great place for a group

Once you step into the backyard you won't think you're in a neighborhood. We loved the pool and all of the activities. Beach stuff is available to use. We really enjoyed this spot. It would be great to get four groups together and share the backyard but also have your own space

Bradenton escape

The pool is a 5/ Great option. As a shared building, noise from the connected unit can be a problem. Traveling to the beach can be challenging based on the time you go.

Great family friendly stay!

Kids and adults loved the FUN heated pool with several pool toys and pool side tables & chairs. House had 3 separate bedrooms which was a plus with the kids. Large fully furnished kitchen and grill on the private back patio. Washer and dryer was a bonus! Large driveway to park off the street. Quiet communtiy with a short drive to several tourist spots in the area. Only con was the "wet dog" smell in the living room but hey what do you expect in Florida with a pet friendly house.
